We used this app to translate our store into multiple languages. Automated translation needed some proofreading but worked real fast and actually better than we expected. After we encountered a small bug when manually editing the translation, Shen from the support team helped us and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.

It's still good for use at present, but I hope to improve the position of the selector on the home page in the future, so that we can adjust the position, such as moving up, down, left, and right directions, etc.

App non male. Le traduzioni son comunque da controllare perche a volte son sbagliate, ma sono una buona base di partenza. Abbastanza veloce ed intuitivo. Assistenza mi ha aiutato velocemente quando ho avuto bisogno. Molte funzionalità sono a pagamento extra, o ti chiedono di aderire a piano piu costoso. Alla lunga forse un po caro. Bo e Cris dell'assistenza sono stati gentili e efficienti!

Just installed it and seems to be working great. The problem is that it can translate no more than 1000 listings, which is a problem. The support was great and helped me to set it up in no time.

The pros about this app are the options for the switcher which are more stylish than other similar apps from a visual perspective and the best of Transcy is definitely the fact that integrates and works perfectly with Shopify markets. I really like how he he was nice helping me with very basic not so basic stuff and was patient at the same time. One thing i didnt like about the app is sharing the passwort with a stranger and i thought about unstalling the app eventhough I know he'll help me . It just wasn't comfortable , yet he was understanding , not pushy and continued to help me.

although this app did not suit my needs, i must say that they have amazing customer support. overall easy to use interface, but had some issues with currency and language converters working in tandem, was a bit buggy.

Het vertaalt alles in je shop. Je moet het wel even na laten checken, gelukkig is bijna alles aan te passen, behalve de filter mogelijkheden. Dat is een groot nadeel. Klantenservice is top en ze reageren altijd erg snel!
