I am still in the process, but from the very beginning seems that the app is easy to use especially with support, which was very helpful from first minutes. Hope it will continue this way!

The pros about this app are the options for the switcher which are more stylish than other similar apps from a visual perspective and the best of Transcy is definitely the fact that integrates and works perfectly with Shopify markets. I would like to specially thanks Lisa from support, she has been of great help and nothing was too much trouble. She was excellent!

They contacted me to help me install the app and get it working before I even had to contact them which is the only reason I did not uninstall right way. I am still making changes but hopefully it will work really well and I can keep my 5 star review.

I am using this App for my online B2B shop and the handling and use is very easy and quick. Automated translations can be edited easily. With this app it was possible for me to install a second language to my store within not even two hours. The support is excellent - even at the weekend I was welcomed by Molly first and guided through the first steps, then Amber took over and helped me with difficulties concerning the installation. She even assisted with editing the code with a developer - I am really impressed of the support! I can recommend the App very warmly!

Ik ben erg ontevreden over de support over deze app. Jennifer wil totaal niet met je meedenken en verwijst je van kastje naar de muur. Elke keer wordt je verwezen naar de Theme support maar blijkt de fout wel bij hun te zitten. Erg vervelend ik hoop dat ze in de toekomst dit gaan veranderen anders ga ik naar een andere app kijken.
