I switched from another translation app to this one. It took me a little while to get used to the system but once I got the hang of it was great. The customer service is excellent and the price is too!!! Very satisfied!

The translation is decent enough in the free version, so I wouldn't mind paying the monthly fee and doing some fixes manually as my store grows. Tech Support is excellent. I had a small issue setting it up and it discouraged me from using it, but tech support appeared on the chat, fixed the issue on the fly and everything was up and running in minutes. Really good for a free plan.

Very useful app and lovely customer service. I had the translator widget set up in minutes. it also has a geolocation feature which automatically switches language based on the visitor's location.

Great app to manage translations with excellent customer support. We probably won't be using it since it doesn't offer product handle translations.
