The Transcy app is amazing once you learn how to set things up properly. Our website has now been translated to over 25 languages thanks to this app. Their customer service and development/tech team provided stellar support to resolve some pretty complex issues that we were having. It would be very helpful if you were to make it clear that to make it all work AFTER all the pages have been translated and the green stripe is showing, that the "Switcher" switch button must be turned ON by moving it from left to right. I have paid your service for several months, without receiving it because I was not aware of this important detail. Besides that, it is very well and accurately translated into my chosen languages. App funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Support ist der beste den ich je irgendwo gesehen habe. Reagieren so schnell wie niemand anderes. Mir wurde der Switcher sogar kostenfrei ins Theme eingebaut! Nur leidet die pagespeed leider etwas.
