The Transcy app is amazing once you learn how to set things up properly. Our website has now been translated to over 25 languages thanks to this app. Their customer service and development/tech team provided stellar support to resolve some pretty complex issues that we were having. They even worked with us throughout the weekend and handled all of our questions and inquiries with proficiency and competence. We highly recommend this app.

I used this app to help me translate to different languages. When I ran into a problem, Grace was able to identify the problem and fix it immediately. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure everything was to my liking. 10/10 recommend!

It would be very helpful if you were to make it clear that to make it all work AFTER all the pages have been translated and the green stripe is showing, that the "Switcher" switch button must be turned ON by moving it from left to right. I have paid your service for several months, without receiving it because I was not aware of this important detail. Besides that, it is very well and accurately translated into my chosen languages. App funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Support ist der beste den ich je irgendwo gesehen habe. Reagieren so schnell wie niemand anderes. Mir wurde der Switcher sogar kostenfrei ins Theme eingebaut! Nur leidet die pagespeed leider etwas.

I really recommend this App I tried to work with them but unfortunately, they don't Support the RTL language till now but will be waiting to have Arabic language guys, such great customer service.

I am keen to grow my business globally and I am currently using the free plan as a testing period , A number of customers view my website from France and so therefore I am hoping I will convert more of those customers by optimising the language and currency.
