Estoy usando usando esta aplicación para traducir al inglés mi ecommerce. Aunque hay que revisar y pulir la traduccion de google, una vez hecho es la única posibilidad de tenerla en inglés sin pagar cuotas a apps externas. muy fácil de revisar con las 2 pantallas paralelas español-inglés

Easy and simple, maybe would be more helpful if the fields of translation were a bit more clear. Quite helpful though.

Updated review. We are happy so far. Service was great and comprehensive. App still a bit basic and things are not automated so you have to manually translate every change you do to the main language. Also no bulk translation for a term across all site as well as other teething UI issues but I’m sure they will sort them out with time. So we can warmly recommend especially since it is a free solution at this point. Will gladly add another star as the app evolves. Keep up the good work. This was so needed.

Funktioniert -soweit ich das erkenne- gut für alles, was direkt zum Shopify Theme gehört. ABER: Wie bekomme ich TEXTE IN APPS oder meinen FILTER auf der Shopseite übersetzt??? Erscheint bei mir (Dawn Theme) nicht in der Localization. Eigentlich wollte ich dafür zwei Sterne abziehen, aber da gratis nur -1 Stern. Für jeden Hinweis bin ich dankbar!!
Hi there, thanks for trying out the app and your feedback. Some answers to your questions: 1) Text in apps that don't save to the theme or metafields aren't visible to Translate & Adapt - as the app can only translate content saved to Shopify. To translate apps that save content externally, you will need to translate in the front end. One example is Langify, which has a feature called 'Custom content translations' - where you can add extra translations for the content that doesn't use the Translations API or is not in the theme. It will mean an additional app subscription. You can run Langify and Translate & Adapt together. Langshop also does this with its 'Dynamic text' feature, as does 'Translate My Store' by Hextom. A recommended alternative is to see if there is an app that has the functionality you need but works with the theme, or saves to metafields. 2) Filters will be visibly translated very soon - you won't need to do anything, as they make use of 'Product Option' translations. I installed the app, and it worked for a while. At one point it no longer translated anything, so support advised me to uninstall and reinstall. Now works. Apart from that, it didn't translate everything automatically, in many cases I had to go and find the content to be translated. However, the translations are good, and it is still the only free program that offers translation into two languages. So thank you.

This app offers a better usability than most of the paid apps. Continue developing this and you will have a great all-around translation function.

Aggiornamento 20 ottobre: 1 - il support ha sbloccato la traduzione e ora va tutto molto bene e fluido. Le traduzioni sono quasi perfette e il risultato è molto soddisfacente. 2 - magicamente, dopo lo sblocco, siamo stati in gradi di tradurre dall'italiano in.. altre due lingue! Dunque è tutto tornato regolare. Ora non vediamo l'ora di scoprire cosa costerà tradurre in altre lingue oltre le prime due.. gratuite. :-) ------------------------------------------- Ottobre 18 Molto deludente: 1 - Traduzione in INGLESE bloccata al primo tentativo, per un sito con 9 prodotti e 15 pagine. Supporto di Shopify... non in grado di risolvere il problema: parlato con 3/4 differenti Agenti del supporto. 2 - lo strumento permette di tradurre automaticamente SOLO in due lingue oltre quella originale del sito... a meno che siete in SVIZZERA! Perché considera la lingua locale ITALIANO (per esempio) una lingua DIVERSA dalla lingua ITALIANA dell'Italia. Dunque.. si può tradurre in automatico SOLO in un'altra lingua!

Apologies that support was not able to do this for you. It was an exception. 2) Please let us know how you would like your languages setup and we'll make it possible for you. Currently you have Italian as default, English added, and we have a record of French - but the French isn't showing on your store. Perhaps it was added and removed? This app is a great choice for multilingual stores. Will gladly give 5 stars once the "Product Reviews" app, tags in blogs and shipping rates are fully translateable too.

良い点＝無料。手間をかけずに翻訳できる。自動翻訳の内容に問題あれば修正可能。SEO対策が期待できる。 悪い点＝2か国しか対応していない。独自の辞書を設定できないので複数回出てくる固有名詞の修正は困難。

無料で使いやすいソフトだと思います。ただし弊社の環境では、カラースウォッチの画像情報が消えてしまい、直すことができませんでした。 テーマのバックアップを取っていたので、元の環境に戻し、事なきを得ましたが、再インストールした旧翻訳ソフトが値上がりしており、サブスクリクションの費用が、これまでよりも高くなってしまいました。 （後日更新情報） サポートから、当初はそのような不具合は考えられない、と返信がありましたが、その翌日には、プログラムに画像のURLを壊してしまうミスがあり、改善しましたとの連絡があり、不具合が解消しました。 いつも思いますが、Shopifyの技術部隊のサポートの速さと対応力は素晴らしいと思います。 ただ、無駄な出費が嵩んでしまったので、星一つはマイナスのまま残させてもらいます。

This is app is amazing. We have tried a few and it's a really simple UI, feels like a natural part of Shopify. The people behind the app is really keen to help out. Would migrate fully to this one if I could run more/unlimited automatic translations. If so 5 stars easily.

Finally Shopify understood what it needs to grow. The app is quickly updating, after I have given 1 star now I am giving 4 because the improvements are great. There are still small details to refine before I switch from my current translate app to this one.
Thanks for taking the time to share feedback. Theme sections have a limitation outside of the app, due to working slightly differently to other translatable content and being able to contain both plain text and HTML. We aimed to make all content translatable rather than restrict options. We are looking at ways of presenting theme fields that contain HTML with a rich text editor soon. Very cool app! Very practical to translate the website although the translation DEFINITELY needs a review. The translation is a hit and miss — But this is still a cool option to have and overall super convenient to manage from a Shopify app.

I had many questions for the team & they totally delivered to answer all of my questions, always with kind, caring service. Everything works well. I have run into some minor bugs but all I had to do was export and import back the translation and it was easy to do. The only thing I would say would improve the app is adding tag + URL translations, but the developer has assured me that they are working on it. This app would definitely be a 5-star app with that feature, but it's a very good app nonetheless and I do recommend it with usage of a third-party app. :)

Seems good so far but I want to translate the entire store and not go page by page and product by product. And I'm still await the ability to alter product url's, that would be a game changer.

Nice app, easy to use! However, at the moment quite useless since it can't translate third party app text (correct me if I'm wrong here). Hopefully this is in the pipeline to be developed?
Hi there, thanks for trying the app and sharing feedback. Shopify Translate & Adapt translates content available via the Translations API, which for 3rd party apps means it saves to metafields or the theme. However some 3rd party apps can translate other 3rd party app content on the storefront using Javascript. Search "Custom Content translations" for an example from the app Langify.
