This app was working fine until a couple days ago. Some products have wrong translation in Spanish, French and German. When I click auto-translate it doesn't fix it. I contacted Shopify and they suggest me to manually edit but I have 2329 product pages. There is no way I can do it manually. It messed up our SEO, they don't even care about the issue. We pay thousands of dollars to them every month and this is the service we get.

Super handig! Vooral dat je je eigen tekst overzichtelijk kan toevoegen, zonder stukjes te missen.

Après des débuts un peu chaotiques (des bugs de traduction lors du re-lancement de mon site) je dois dire ma satisfaction après avoir bien pris en main l'app Shopify Translate & Adapt. Quel immense progrès par rapport aux app précédemment disponibles, qui nécessitaient un gros travail manuel (sans compter leur coût)! L'app de traduction de Shopify fait gagner un temps fou, devient intuitive passée la première mise en main (des tutos plus explicites aideraient) et enlève un énorme point noir dans la gestion quotidienne de son site. Bravo pour cette initiative! Par contre petit conseil pour ceux qui l'utiliseront à l'avenir: il faut toujours vérifier les traductions proposées, il n'y a que vous à connaitre les nuances de ce que vous cherchez à exprimer, aucune I.A ne remplacera votre oeil critique.

Enkel och smidig, önskar bara att man skulle kunna översätta flera språk och inte bara 2 språk. Betalar gärna för den funktionen

Shopify Translate & Adapt is a powerful tool to translate quickly the whole shop in another language. In addition you can personalize the translation of fields on an individual basis.

Le fait de pouvoir traduire directement depuis là où se trouve mon contenu est absolument génial. Pas besoin de fouiller dans une liste interminable de textes pour trouver celui que je viens d'ajouter. Une fois que je l'ai ajouté, je vais dans "Plus d'actions" > "Traduire". C'est top !

The translations are quite OK considering it's free. However I'm facing an annoying problem - the app is using some old content from my first app installation a few months back. I had started translating but deinstalled the app as I didn't need it anymore. Last week I reinstalled it and I can see that the app used some of my old content. I cannot understand how it happened, but somehow the content has not been updated during the automatic translation of my shop. In consequence, the text is not properly translated. There's also no option to translate text on the main page. I'm translating from French to German - as I'm fluent in both, I can see that there are many mistakes which makes it look very unprofessional. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me how to reach the support team. EDIT - Rich from the support team reached out to me 1-2 days after I submitted my review and provided concise explanations and the needed solutions for the issues I had been facing. I realized that I had overlooked the feature for editing the homepage directly in Translate&Adapt which I apology for. As I wrote before, the translations are good and the app is simple and straightforward to use (unless you overlook a feature like I did). The only negative point and the reason why I'm giving it 4* is because the app only allows you to translate the content into two languages although I assume most store owners would need to have their pages translated into at least 3 languages if they are active in or want to expand internationally. Hope that in the future a paid plan will be offered. I'd definitely pay for one or two more automatic translations. Other than that, I'm quite happy with the app as it perfectly fits my needs for now.

Easy translation solution to use and get the baseline translation completed. I am using GPT4 to confirm accuracy and make some small adjustments to the tone of voice.

Very nice and useful app, but there is still a lot to improve. For example, some sections have over 40 pages, and if you're correcting machine translations or translating manually, let’s say you finish 30 pages in one session. The next time you log in, you have to click 30 times to flip through the pages to continue your work. It would be great if you could simply enter the page number where you left off.
