Transtore ist eine absolute Bereicherung für meinen Shopify-Shop! Die App ist unglaublich benutzerfreundlich und hat die Verwaltung meiner internationalen Bestellungen erheblich vereinfacht. Die Übersetzungsfunktionen funktionieren einwandfrei, und ich kann problemlos mehrere Sprachen integrieren, um meinen internationalen Kunden ein besseres Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. The app was free as a trial and it was good, but recently I encountered problems when I changed the store's currency. Their customer support is very weak. I had a problem and couldn't find any support, so I uninstalled the app. When I tried to reinstall it, they charged me a fee to restore it. Just to clarify, I paid for this month two days ago, so I'm waiting for the team to respond and refund the money I paid today.

Can you kindly take a few minutes to review our email and let us know how the issue happened on your side? Additionally, we want to clarify the billing part for you: After checking the Shopify billing system, we can see that your previous billing cycle was Feb 2 – Mar 4, and the app was uninstalled on March 4, which was the end of that billing period. When the app was reinstalled afterward, Shopify automatically created a new subscription with a new billing cycle, so the charge you’re seeing now is for the new billing period, not a duplicate charge from the previous one. Could you please double-check the billing details in your Shopify admin to confirm? Look forward to hearing from you.
