The app was free as a trial and it was good, but recently I encountered problems when I changed the store's currency. Their customer support is very weak. I had a problem and couldn't find any support, so I uninstalled the app. When I tried to reinstall it, they charged me a fee to restore it. Just to clarify, I paid for this month two days ago, so I'm waiting for the team to respond and refund the money I paid today.

Can you kindly take a few minutes to review our email and let us know how the issue happened on your side? Additionally, we want to clarify the billing part for you: After checking the Shopify billing system, we can see that your previous billing cycle was Feb 2 – Mar 4, and the app was uninstalled on March 4, which was the end of that billing period. When the app was reinstalled afterward, Shopify automatically created a new subscription with a new billing cycle, so the charge you’re seeing now is for the new billing period, not a duplicate charge from the previous one. Could you please double-check the billing details in your Shopify admin to confirm? Look forward to hearing from you.
