Customer service is top-notch! I reached out for help setting up geolocation redirects and they guided me step by step. The app itself is powerful, but the support team makes it even better. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app.
The app works great for translations and currency switching, but what really stands out is the support. The team helped customize the language selector for my store theme. It’s rare to find such cooperative and patient service nowadays.
Multichannel syncing is a big advantage. I do not waste hours retyping the same product information for different channels—Dondo does it for me automatically.
I’m not very tech-savvy, but the Transtore support team made setup a breeze. They helped me configure auto-translation and SEO options exactly how I wanted. Fast replies, polite communication, and excellent results!

listed as a free app, allows only 1 language for free. incorrectly advertised. others have listed with free plans available meaning 1 or 2 languages my be free but you have to pay for rest. this app is misleading customers to downloading
