Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

We tried a lot of inventory apps to link Shopify and Ebay and Trunk was ahead of the class in everything we were looking for. We run an Ebay store with over 35,000 items and having to deal with out of stock sales was a massive headache that kept us from even listing on the Shopify. When linking with Trunk our inventory had instant updates. Something would sell on Ebay and within seconds the inventory on Shopify matched and vice versa. Definitely worth the money for me. This app will grow our shopify storefront exponentially and I have such confidence in the future with Trunk controlling the numbers.

We are so excited about Trunk. It updates instantly across all our platforms and Quickbooks. Trunk saves us time and eliminates a lot of customer service due to overselling. Hoping they add data features soon.

Truck has been great for tracking inventory on our baby bundles and jewelry sets. I no longer need to manually take each product out of inventory, Trunk does it for me. It is wonderful having the peace of mind that my bundles and sets will show up as out of stock if any of the products included are sold out. Also, the customer service has been excellent!

It was a pleasure to try out during their free trail. I was able to set up all of our inventory syncing on Etsy and Shopify within a few days. We had to introduce SKUs for the first time so that took the longest, but that was our own fault for not doing that years ago. :) After the free trail, we were confident this was the solution we needed. James was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful. We have 1000's of SKUs and we are extremely happy to have the manual inventory syncing taken off our plates. Thanks!

We were spending way too much time trying to match inventory in different platforms, and ended up having frustrated customers when we couldn't send what they ordered. Trunk has saved us a lot of time, and helped us keep our customers happy. I hope they build out more features, but it does the basics very well.

This app is so so so helpful if you are a vendor who sells your product in multiple places. I cannot even imagine how I would manage all my inventory if it weren't for Trunk. Do yourself a favor and get this app now!!

Thank you so much, we truly appreciate your program, it works so well for syncing our store POS system (square) to our Shopify website. The inventory is adjusted in real time and it works pretty seamless! Should we encounter any issue, Trunk is always so quick to respond and super helpful. I am not extremely tech savvy and this program is easy to use and I appreciate the customer service.

Trunk has been such a huge blessing to our business! I spent so much time trying so many apps. I sell on Shopify and Amazon and needed an app that would sync up my inventory by sku. I also needed to be able to sync with QB . This app does all of that. The customer support has been nothing less than exceptional. James is amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend the Trunk Inventory App!

I typically try to avoid using apps because I usually find them to be unreliable in some way and I don't want added costs, but Trunk is one of the best apps on the app store and is worth every penny. This app is the exact solution that I've been wishing for when it comes to managing inventory with multiple sales channels. It's so simple and elegant and it just works - I have not noticed any errors through all of the inventory adjustments, sales, restocks and refunds we've had so far (some of which were a nightmare before Trunk). It's worth noting the app is still in its early stages so there are still many improvements to be made. The big upside to this is that the dev team is actively communicating with users - posting about their product roadmap, taking feature suggestions, etc. But even this early, Trunk is an incredibly nice solution for an incredibly painful problem.

After using it for 5 years it crashed completly. Put things in stock that were out of stock for months and vice versa. Created massive disruption, had to stock count over 30k pieces. Support blames etsy. Closed etsy connection and chaos still ongoing. Such a shame, moving to a more reliable app before I lose my amazon prime over so much overselling.

This app saved my life. I'm the sole owner and operator of my rapidly growing business. I was spending countless hours going back & forth between Shopify & Etsy to update inventory after every single sale to ensure each site's inventories matched. It was exhausting! I was getting burnt out. Then I stumbled upon TRUNK! Thanks to this genius app I now no longer have to pause my life to update inventory. I highly recommend this app.

This simple yet powerful app is a dream come true! The tech support by James is fantastic, prompt and professional. I connect my two Shopify stores and my Amazon listings and everything is syncing perfect! Once installed the app on your Shopify store, just make sure to add first your own main store as Sales Channels, where the initial correct inventory is located so that its inventory is the first uploaded on the TRUNK database as that will feed the initial data to the Sales Channels you will add later. Other than that so far everything is great and I am SO GLAD that finally I will not oversell my limited inventory products, saving me a from lot of troubles especially with Amazon... :( Can't wait for the Houzz implementation!

I was looking for a simple yet powerful solution to sync inventory across my platforms. When I found Trunk I was surprised at how easy it was to setup and get operational. I try to keep my operation as efficient as possible, so the ability to "set it and forget it" is highest on my priority list and Trunk delivers just that.

What can I say, this is a very powerful and easy system to set up and use. Not had any problem at all with stock being updated. James has been amazing, very friendly and happy to help with anything. Its a refreshing change to be able to just leave a system and not have to worry if my stock is correct, it's always been perfect since using Trunk. I have tried so many other systems to do this work, but always had problems and support was not coming, So this is such a nice and refreshing change. Amazing, thanks to James for all you have done to help.

Love it, my mind is blown, like it really is! It has made my life so much easier!!! I'm on several platforms and it's so much easier to add inventory to my sites, all at once.
