I had some trouble with Twik initially, but they went above and beyond to fix the problem and even provide me with some extra tips! Highly recommend!

So far so good. Service was quick and knowledgeable, answered my questions and made asked for customizations. Twik appears to be more than paying for itself so far.

I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please. I have an update from Twik and the solution has been properly corrected. Thanks to Roi and Michael for their expertise and the assistance. They both really get to the bottom of things. Twik is now installed back onto my online Shopify store. They reassured me that if it happens again to reach back out. So far so good. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Roi and Michael for top notch services and solutions.

At first it was a bit of a mess for myself but after a quick chat with the people at Twik they were able to resolve my issues and set my twik application up. Highly recommend the team down there as they're more than happy to help out as much as possible. Appreciate the compensation as well Thank you so much!

All are a joke. I have lost the trust. I am not finding any button to unsubscribe and all months they are continuously charging me. It is just a scam, too bad, sorry. I am asking a refund of all money they have taken from me. PLEASE REFUND ME ALL

Hey my store contain lots of SKUs in my store as for different products and customize products. Therefor an app like Twik helps my users to find the products they like and navigate better

Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. Now a day's most aps you use are not managed or updated. It's good to know that there are people out there that still take the time out of their day to reach out and make things right. Didn't seem to help much, so I ended the free trial. I would recommend another source of marketing to pull in customers
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We would like to remind that twik is not a marketing tool for driving traffic to your store. Twik increases your conversion rates and AOV by improving user journeys for already existing visitors. Upon checking your dashboard, we see that you didn't fiinish the learning period, meaning twik wasn't exposed to a sufficient number of visitors or transactions in order to begin the optimization process. The learning process may take between a few hours to several weeks, depending on your store's traffic. We are always happy to extend the trial period when this is the case.
