My experience with this app is not worth the price you want to pay for it every month. This application has been running in my store for a month and has not helped in any way to increase sales, you should change your ad and not let other users be misled.

We are sorry to hear you feel that way. Sometimes, a 30 days trial is not enough to create an uplift in sales, in which cases we are happy to extend the trial period. In order for twik to increase revenues, it must first be exposed to a sufficient amount of traffic and sales- only then it can optimize your conversion rates and AOV. We believe in transparency, value our customers and consider them as our partners. We'd be more than happy to jump on a call and see how our team may be able to assist you in increasing your store sales. We absolutely love TWIK! Talk about an app that WORKS & pays for itself! We've had the TWIK app plugged into our Shopify site for over a year now and the results speak for themselves. Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, Add To Cart Frequency, and of course REVENUE...every single metric that matters is better since partnering with TWIK! Can't wait to see what they come up with next. We're huge fans!

I've been using this app for a few months now. Do doubt, the best I have encountered regarding its purpose: customers do see the categories sorted in a customized way, and ATC's CTR has increased significantly! I am able to monitor my shop's performance and manage it better! Thank you! great job!

I installed the app on July 28 2022 and so far I have not seen any sales. I dont think this app will deliver the sales it promises and am unlikely to go beyond the free trial stage.

Please note twik is not a traffic acquisition app, but a personalization app designed to increase ther conversion rates of already exiting traffic. You reached out to our customer success team last week we replied to all your questions yet never heard back from you. Have you received our reply? Twik prides itself at its customer service and transparency, and we can assure you we are more than willing to get anything you're unhappy with sorted. You still have over two weeks remaining for your trial period and the revenue generated already presents an ROI of 5 months using our paid app. Our team had just sent you another email and we'd be happy to jump on a call and better understand why you're feeling dissatisfied with our service and how we might be able to assist.

Twik continuously helps us increase our sales and conversion rates, and there not many more important numbers than these. Their dashboard and data are very easy to understand, and the implementation is also easy and seamless. I really recommend Twik since it seems it's a "One of a kind" app.

I’m not pleased with my experience with twik and have contacted support for a refund app states I was charged for something I did not approve or sign up for . I have requested a refund and want confirmation my subscription I never asked for was canceled twik did not work for my account and I would appreciate some type of communication from support soon . Please and Thank you

We are sorry to hear that you feel unhappy with your experience of our app. Our customer support is available Sunday to Thursday, 9am-7pm. If there was any misunderstanding regarding Shopify's billing or app usage, surely, we would be happy to get things sorted, by a call or email. According to Shopify's billing system, you installed our app on the 20th of April and uninstalled it yesterday. We would gladly speak with Shopify if you believe that the app was installed without your approval, and try to sort this issue for you. We have also just replied to your email with a link to schedule a call with us, so we'd be able to better understand this case and make our best efforts to assist you, including a refund. We have no intention of charging you if you did not benefit from using our app.

We are running a jewelry store and we saw excellent results with this app. The good part about this app is that you don't need to do anything or set up anything, it works completely automatic. Was Supper helpful for our store!

Upon installation, twik will only target a small portion of your eligible store visitors, and as it learns what personalizations increase sales to which user segments, it'll gradually balance the delivery (more or less than 50%) to maximize your sales and revenue. This app is amazing! Within the first month of using it, my conversion rate increased by over 15%. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful and I have been treated like a VIP since the first day. Would highly recommend the app for every eCommerce store!

I was having a lot of trouble understanding the Twik application I was thinking that it did not help or do anything for my store. When I connect with customer support Boaz was so amazing he really took the time to help me and explain the Twik app on my store we also did a Zoom meeting.

This app doesn't do anything. I don't see any changes or does it convert the currency. No other choice but to uninstall it.

"learning mode"). The learning mode time may differ, depending on your website's traffic. We have sent you a mail regarding your issue.
