This app is amazing! Can't recommend it enough. The support team has always been extremely responsive and helpful. It does exactly what you want it to do. It's very is to set up order status and flow and it provides updates on the order status page or be email. Again highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

Awesome app - I reached out about a feature idea and 2 days later they had implemented it for everyone (control visibility of items on a workflow timeline so customers don't see failure states all the time). We have been using this with the API and the QR code capabilities so that we can automate status updates to notify our customers about our production workflow. Great app!

Good support and great app to reduce unnecessary customer contact. Works well and easy to install. Definitely worth 5stars and definitely a necessary app once your sales volume creates too many wismo contact during the day.

Sadly, I try use this app, but there is missing a lot of things, such as app demonstration with all settings for test, where we can actually see what this app can offer. Support only via mail, sadly no online support so useless for someone installing app, looking everything white, with no orders test so we can understand what does the app actually do.

This is the app I have been searching for our stores. It has been challenging to stay in touch with customers throughout the ordering process. WIth custom orders, they can take a bit of time and want to be able to communicate with them throughout the process, but also allow our employees to look up where they are at in the process when a customer calls. Also, want to give the customer the chance to look up the status of their order, and this app provides that too. It is working well for us!

Most of the items in our store are crafted on demand when a customer places an order and go through several crafting and finishing steps before being sent to packaging and shipping. I wanted a way to let our customers know where their order is in our production queue with several custom statuses. I wanted a way to notify my customers via email quickly and easily when their order moves from one status to another. I also wanted the custom status to be shown to the customer in some places where it normally is not shown. Custom Order Status by W3 gives me everything I want, and more. And for the couple of small layout/design wishes that weren't met out of the box, W3 support was able to take care of for me very quickly, ultimately giving me exactly what I wanted. Everything is super customizable, so now I have some work to do to make everything look great. Which is actually kind of fun because the admin tools for this app are great and easy to use. Integration with MailChip was flawless. I know my customers are going to love this! Thank you, W3!

Customer transparency is KEY in order to avoid unnecessary calls and questions asking what's going on with their order. I want my customer to be informed every step of the way. This is the only app at this price point (and I've tried a lot!) that allows assigning different order statuses (in production, waiting for customer, etc) and will also send out an email when I manually change it to one of the custom statuses. Support has been great, and very helpful after I asked how to do a few things I wanted to accomplish with the app.
