We were experiencing a high volume of customers having issues with their mobile and Ipad purchases because of a Chrome update preventing changes in qtys and not adding upsells. Patti was very helpful and solved the problem efficiently ( and completely!). We're very happy to be able to get back to normal BFCM sales!

Klantvriendelijk en denk mee naar oplossingen, hebben verstand waar ze overpraten. Het bedrijf maakt gebruikt van AI bots om gewone vragen te beantwoorden, naar mate de ingewikkeldheid springt hier iemand direct bij.
We zijn zo blij dat de AI behulpzaam is en dat we snel en deskundig kunnen reageren als dat niet kan. 😁 Heel erg bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om een review achter te laten, we waarderen u enorm! 😍

This app is excellent! I was able to set it up perfectly with some custom CSS. Initially, it wasn’t functioning due to interference from other apps, but customer support went above and beyond to help me. It took a bit of time to pinpoint the issue, but I’m glad they resolved it just in time for our Black Friday launch!
