Top App, perfect support. Generate big plus with the app.

We are likely to generate another 150K plus in revenue over a year from the upsell capabilities. The cart itself is designed very well. I would like to see a bit more on the analytics side, and some options need work in the customization area. (i.e note section and the announcement timer). However, I am beyond impressed by the performance.

Work is always tedious, complex, and challenging, but having a good app plugin and a responsible team can save you a lot of trouble. Despite some initial hiccups during the usage, the technical team at UpCart provided me with tremendous assistance. They patiently listened to my questions, helped me devise solutions and alternative approaches. I witnessed their proactive and responsible work attitude towards customers, and I feel like I've found a great partner. Currently, I'm only using the basic features of their app, and it has already resulted in more than a 5% increase in product quantity for orders following UpCart's recommendations. This pleasantly surprised me, and now I plan to implement more comprehensive marketing strategies with UpCart's guidance to help my business. I highly recommend UpCart!

Great app, I tried a few others that felt clunkier and settled on this one. I ran into a compatibility issue with my site and the support staff had it fixed within minutes.

I had a couple of technical issues with the cart not displaying the add to cart button correctly. Jordan was excellent and fixed this for me super quickly. I'm very happy now with how the cart looks and works. Definitely recommend.

The upcart upsale settings are very easy to work through, and theres many different ways you can upgrade your regular cart to increase order value. The best part however is the customer service. I had issues getting UpCart to integrate with my site’s custom theme that i bought and when i reached out for help at like 9pm they answered me right away and we went back and forth late at night, trying to figure out the best fix. They offered to help hands on and have a look at my themes code and see if there was anything they could change to make everything integrate correctly. Thankfully it was just a simple fix, and they were able to get it all fixed very fast. They also gave me a breakdown of the issue and all the exact changes they made, so now i know exactly what has changed and will be able to relay the info to the team that made my custom theme.

An app used by the top merchants - This is my go-to from now on for carts. Love that the app is so well integrated into Shopify. I can trust it during my busiest times. Highly customizable too. Love it!

It became too easy to be compatible with other apps after upgrading the version. And Cs team and development team are very kind. Everything I wanted was customizable and very fast.

App is a great way to increase your AOV and help customers with product discovery. Just be sure to test your add to cart button across multiple devices and browsers as ours did not work initially and they had to add in some code. I had a few requests and they custom coded it over night. Support is really amazing and responsive, thank you!

Great product. Easy to configure and very intuitive. Had a problem with my theme where product images weren’t appearing in cart and it was fixed quickly. Already started increased my AOV and it has an analytics section where you can keep track of your upsells.

The support from this company has been nothing but amazing. The app is well-built. Both functionalities, ux and ui speak quality. Only some things worked perfectly for our specific needs just out of the box, but Pierre from the support had solutions ready and waiting to solve all our problems and make the app almost custom fit for our case. I would 100% recommend this app and the people behind it. Update: After a year of continuous usage of this app, I can easily recommend it to anyone. The team is always ready to help us out with anything that comes up on our journey. Thanks to Michelle for her prompt response to our needs in the aesthetics department :)
