The app works well right out the gate! I'm happy with it and the support was very quick to help me fix a small issue with the aspect ratio of my product images in cart. I highly recommend this app!

I highly recommend this App as it is a great application with a variety of useful functions that are easy to set up. Although I had a few issues during the installation process, the Livechat support team was incredibly helpful in resolving every problem I encountered. I am confident that we will continue to use this app in the long term, as we have already noticed an increase in our conversion rate and AOV since implementing it. Overall, the Cart App is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-commerce cart solution.

Top-notch customer service. Patti and Pierre were so helpful with my onboarding and code customizations. Its still too early in the installation to report back about conversion lift but I just made a sale while typing this so it's gotta be good!

Got this app for the cart upsell. It has some amazing features like upsell in the cart and shipping protection. I had some slight issues with the app, but the developers reached out and solved it quickly. I reccomend this app for anyone looking for cart upsell.
I'm so sorry that you've had a negative experience. It sounds like the bug you experienced caused significant frustration, which is certainly not what you signed up for. Through our development teams initial analysis, it seems like the checkout redirect issue is being caused by a recent change that a conflicting app you are using has made. We are working to release a workaround, and it should be fixed for you very soon. We have sent you message directly through email and will continue the conversation there. This app is super beautiful. I really enjoy how fast it is too and its AI determined recommended products. Pierre was amazing. The app is easy to install and highly customizable. Super friendly and fast working. He actually feels like a human not a dry robot talking to you.

This app integrated beautifully with my theme and has all the features you'd ever need on a cart drawer. I had a custom CSS request and it was done perfectly within 2 minutes of me asking over live chat! Amazing app! Pierre on the support team is the man

Highly recommend! Reached out several times for some assistance and Pierre was very responsive and helpful! This app really helps you do things that normally would require being able to edit the checkout with is only be available on Shopify Plus

Absolutely brilliant app. I'd had it installed for about 10 minutes and it already boosted the value of an order by £19 which otherwise wouldn't have happened. Excited to see the longer term impact. Very professional and clean looking, easy to use and the support from Pierre for customisations is instant and absolutely top class. Probably the best and fastest customer service I can remember experiencing to be honest. Definitely give it a shot. Easy 5 stars.

Best app! I am very happy with this app. I used it through BFCM and I am still using it today. They are very helpful when you need assistance and even take suggestions!
