Upcart—Cart Drawer Cart Upsell

I have never worked with any Shopify App developer that responds faster than this crew. Great app, great functionality, amazing customer service, and most importantly, easy to use!

UpCart has performed well for our store, far exceeding its cost, and we've also had excellent interactions with their customer support team. I hope they continue to grow and improve the app's capabilities and integrations as we plan on keeping it for a long time!

We've only been using the cart + free shipping trigger (no upsell yet), and this is working flawlessly. I Have to say I was a bit worried by load time for such an app (we've had bad experiences with 3rd party currency rate apps in the past), but it's been great so far. Some "finishing" features were missing (rounding of values, dynamic display of currency symbol in the "free shipping" trigger section), and we were in touch with Pierre from support who ended up doing a great job for us. Hope those feature requests will make it to the public documentation, or simply be added to the next release :) Best, Hugo

I had a problem in my website about the cart... I tried so many apps no one could help me, finally I install UpCart app and they help me... cart page is 100% working for now.... the best app you can install it, for sure!

This app does what it is supposed to do with little to no fuss. One of the best things about this app is the devs are always available and ready to help out and try to apply any changes you need - customer service at this level is rare these days.

This app has many restrictions that aren't told you to you upfront until you discover them yourself and ask the support team (to which their answers are simply, "our app doesn't have control over it"). Free rewards cannot be restricted on cart pages (only sliding cart), and even though I need the order tag to be free of tags, upcart just dominates that space affecting my normal business processes. When asked their response is, "we need that space too". I've only been using this app for a week or so, and not only are the restrictions affecting my processes (customers are literally adding dozens of free rewards with no restrictions), but upcart has been no help in trying to find a solution.

Would recommend. Had some technical issues with the way my cart looked but their representative was extremely helpful and fixed everything for me.

Surprisingly fast and accurate support from Patti of UpCart. The answer to my question was simple to understand and helped my sort out the discount hierarchy. Well done UpCart.

Stunning cart design that is dysfunctional and dropped my conversion rate significantly. I installed this app for its main function, the discount codes. This function does not work properly, discount codes were not claimed properly or not working at all. I contacted support twice but it's been about a week and this issue has not been resolved yet as of the date I uninstalled the app (they said it's not just in my shop by the way, you would assume an issue like this would be resolved swiftly then). Wasted time in the busiest time of the year in November crashing my conversion rate because of this app, and paid for it to not do its main job (the discount codes) that is meant to do. Not sure what all those other 5-star reviews are for.

Top App, perfect support. Generate big plus with the app.

We are likely to generate another 150K plus in revenue over a year from the upsell capabilities. The cart itself is designed very well. I would like to see a bit more on the analytics side, and some options need work in the customization area. (i.e note section and the announcement timer). However, I am beyond impressed by the performance.

Incredible! I had two big problems with my shop: - personalised products (photo and text) that weren't added to the basket correctly (the photo that the customer uploaded was no longer uploaded) - and the automatic translation wasn't working on the cartslide Varun's customer service was able to meet all my expectations, and I can only highly recommend it.
