Absolutely Outstanding Support from Brandon! I can't say enough good things about the support I received from Brandon! From the very start, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me out. I had quite a few questions about setting up shipping protection as a gift and customizing the cart on my store, and Brandon guided me through every single step with clear and thorough explanations. Not only did he provide solutions right away, but he also went the extra mile by pointing out potential improvements to my store’s setup. Best solution I've found for my cart. Personally works better than anything I've had custom coded as well. Fitting the full screen on mobile and easy upsells. It's exactly what I was looking for. Fast customer support, quite literally instant responses. And always able to provide a solution but also the reasoning behind it. Nothing but great positives to say about Upcart.

I started with AfterSell about two months ago, which, truthfully, blew me away with the AOV increase that happened, literally, immediately. So I decided to give UpCart a shot... and like most founders, we're quite particular on how things are displayed on our site. After much self-troubleshooting, Hailey solved a super important UX wish that I couldn't seem to solve on my own. Better yet, she solved in a matter of minutes with such a fun, upbeat attitude. It's so rare to find companies that truly go above and beyond to make sure us shop owners are getting our dream tools – but not with Hailey at UpCart. She cares which means the company DNA is rooted in care. It's experiences like these that have already turned me into a life-long customer. I know this team has my back today and 5 years from now. Great app! Upped my AOV by quite a bit, highly recommend if you have bundled items like tracksuits. Jacinda was super helpful and very responsive when one of my customers was having a problem checking out. She found an issue in my code and we got it fixed super quick. I really appreciate the speedy customer service as it limits the time it takes to solve problems in my business. A+!!
