I have not used the app yet; however, I just finished a Zoom meeting with the staff. They were very good at displaying the app. The support team is going to position the Add On area for me. I will come back and write a review after I use it.

Great app and very easy & intuitive to use. The support team is very helpful in solving any issues or improvements.

2nd UPDATE- I have continued working with customer service on tweaks or appearance and they ALAWAY have delivered and made any changes I have requested. If I had to find any downside to this app is I wish there was a way to pair a collection with a collection, instead of having to pick individual matches. Such as match the top collection with the bottoms collection and accessories collections. Though I still do not consider it as a negative. UPDATE- The Customer Service has been AMAZING. They are very receptive and gone above and beyond to help me make placement changes and setup. I look forward to continuing working with them on the Upsell App, very excited. After researching upsell apps for awhile, I am very glad I picked this one!!

I'm glad I found this app, it adds another level for selling on my site that is easy to use, not to mention free! I took advantage of the support as well to see if they had any tips and they were friendly and shared extra things to help me use the app to its potential!

The app is incredible helpful and really easy to use. The developers are very kind, their response is imediate, they are constantly ready to help and costumize the app for your webshop if neccessary. I recommend the app if you are looking for easy and fast setup for sale.

After a but of trouble at first, the help I received was excellent. The app is good, useful and If you require help from the developers then you would receive this easily.

App works fine, had a problem with images being displayed but the response was very fast and solved it very quickly!

I used this app to create 'frequently bought together' promotional bundles. I have very quickly started to see sales of these bundles - I feel that customers are buying more products across the range. I wasn't 100% sure about the original positioning of the widget, as it was right under the product title and getting in the way of the buy button. I talked to Abishek, the developer, who made some very helpful and sensible suggestions. He amended the widget position and style for me within a couple of hours. All in all - a really positive experience, I would recommend.

Cannot thank the team at LogBase enough for their help making this app be exactly what I needed for my website. I am a florist and being able to add chocolates as an upsell during valentine's day is a given...and Sudhan and Abishek were so helpful making the adjustments to the layout I needed for the app to flow with the rest of the information on my product page. And they were quick! They reached out to make sure everything was okay after my initial request and I couldn't help myself I asked if one more thing could be adjusted and within the hour it was done! The app is amazing. I was using another app before this but thought of giving this app a try. I was amazed to see the practicality of this app. This app is top-notch and a must for every store. The app deserves 5-Star but their support deserves 10-star. I requested them for 10+ modifications to fit my use case and my store and they helped with every single thing.
