I am currently installing the app but did not exactly understand how to do so. I inmediately got help from Kriti, she fixed the problem and explained me how to use the app properly. Now let's see how the results will be... Can't wait to use it.

Unfortunately the app does not have the certain functionality we specifically require for our store, the app was easy to set-up and install. Our customer support agent Kriti was extremely helpful and quick with her responses. Overall, even though we are not currently using the app, we would recommend it and may even use it in the future.

Selleasy is a solid app for upsells and cross-selling, and it’s generally easy to use. However, we ran into issues when using it for free gift promotions. Even with the setting “Match offer product quantity with the trigger product” enabled, customers were still able to add more than one free gift, which isn’t ideal. That said, the support team was excellent. Boomika in particular was very helpful and responsive, and she worked with us to implement a workaround that solved the issue.

This app is amazing, and the support team are great to work with.

Somewhat simple upsell and cross sell app. But gets the job done right and has most if not all of the features you need. Customer support is great and helplful too.
