Deze app is aan te bevelen. Ik liep tegen een probleem aan toen bleek dat ik de uitlijning op de product pagina niet goed kreeg. Via chat direct een verzoek neergelegd en ben werkelijk ook direct geholpen. Top service!

This is unacceptable. You did not resolve the issue — the widget is still broken after the so-called "upgrade" that you promised would fix it. On top of that, your agents keep disconnecting the chat mid-conversation. I have to restart the explanation with every new agent because nothing gets properly escalated. And worst of all: I don't even know how long this app has been broken. I only found out because a CUSTOMER warned me that the addons weren't being added to their order. I've probably been paying for a broken app for weeks or months, losing sales the entire time. I'm uninstalling Selleasy and switching to another app. I'll also be leaving a detailed review on the Shopify App Store reflecting this experience. Please revoke the Collaborator access from your side.

Best Customer Support ever. They style the widget the way you want in a Zoomcall or Chat. The functionality of that App is also great as it covers multiple Upsell and Crosssell strategies. Thumbs up for Trissha from the developer team. She coded the CSS as I wanted. Thanks

It looks nice when installed, but setting it up for a lot of products is really difficult. You have to do it manually in their system. No bulk, no spreadsheets, no "related" or tags. So its one at a time. Click, scroll, select, click for hundreds of products. Then if you step away for a day or two and forget where you were, there is no way of seeing what is live, on what product at at glance. So if you want a sweeping "free this with purchase" fine, but if you need something for each product, this is not the app for you. It took me weeks of set up to realize that.
Thank you for your feedback! Our team is constantly adding features to satisfy the new requirements of our customers, and this helps as well. We do have the option of uploading offers via an Excel sheet, which can be done by our tech team from the backend. We just need the product handles, as we have shared the template sheet with you over email. We hope that this will be a viable solution for us to create offers in bulk for your store.
