This app has some great functionality. I really liked the customer service I received for customizing the location of the add-ons to my product page. Sudhan and Veena were very professional and knowledgeable. had great suggestions and knew the right places to display the functions of our upsell efforts

So i got this app yesterday morning - compared them all and decided on this one, the only thing that was putting me off was the zoom call set-up as i don't really have time atm, so i just gave it a go setting it up myself and it was super easy, quick, brilliant. The customer service team have been so helpful over emails and have helped with everything i've needed quickly. Really pleased with the app so far, it looks great on my site, i'm so excited about it and just wish i'd done this sooner! Definitely recommend.

I installed the app and although very easy to use, I felt like I needed some help to speed up the process of cross-selling. I arranged a Zoom call for the following day and Dhinakar was able to automate the entire process for me. This has saved me a huge amount of time and I can already see that the cross-selling is increasing our average order value. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you to the LogBase team.

They were really helpful over a scheduled call which I was able to make in less than 6 hours after instaling the app. Over the call, they were able to introduce how the app works, answer all my questions and even make personalized technical adjustments so the offers and ads would suit the design of our shop.

I was shocked at the amount of sales we received right after installing this app. Setup and customization was easy and quick. Within half an hour, I had everything set up on the site. A few questions were quickly answered by their support team. We've only been using this app for just over a month, but it's responsible for about 8% of our sales. Upsell & Cross Sell helped get awareness of some great products we offer that people just weren't seeing at ambervalehome.com. Very good addition to retail!

I tried several other cart and post purchase upsell apps. This is the best value out there for this type of thing. The apps do what I need and they have the nicest support around. Implementation is super simple. They even do quick zoom sessions to assess the situation, which is really unusual. Highly recommend.
