This is a really useful app for us as we are using it to upsell and cross sell products. The customer support is excellent which has made it easy for us to use. If we have a query, they have been very prompt and really helpful. Further update...still enjoying using the app (as at Dec21). Again, very helpful customer support. They answered my questions promptly and helped me with a solution.

The app offers all of the functionality (upsell, cross-sell, funnels) for one monthly rate (ours is about $30/month) that my other Upsell app wanted us to order 2 different apps at $30 AND a $99/mo upgrade for Funnels. Sarah in Chat support is fantastic and answered all my questions right away!

I use this for volume discounts and it looks and works fantastic! I've asked for some custom coding and they were able to promptly accommodate. Quick customer support. This makes up 90% of my sales. Happy to recommend it.
