The product itself is outstanding but the customer service is beyond exceptional. We are using this product with great success to bundle our products and offer special pricing. I was going to give this app a 4 instead of a 5 because it offers limited options for the end user to customize products in a funnel. I was looking at the possibility of having the customer choose the products that can go into their funnel, e.g a gift pack without affecting the final cost of the funnel. However, I have decided to change my 4 starts into a 5 and the reason is simple. Sarah (the app`s Customer Support Advocate) gave me a remarkable customer service experience. She was prompt and friendly and took her time to review the products I`m working on. In my experience, customer service personnel of this calibre are rare to find. Truly grateful, thanks Sarah <3

We couldn't recommend the customer service of this app higher! Sarah is always so quick with helping out and we can reach out to her at literally every time of the week. The app also works really well even though we are still waiting on a few updates - but overall, we are very happy with it and defo recommend it :) It has scaled our revenue a lot!

I have been testing it for my shop, I liked it very much but found something that needed to be improved for my needs, I contacted support, Sarah was very fast to answer, and very patient, she understood my needs and talked with the team, she even got an ETA for the enhancement I need, and I haven't even signed up to the service. Hi, connected to app through Shopify. Till downloaded didnt know about the upsell and cross sell terms. just downloaded it. but after downloading i came to support. and i contacted Sarah for support. Sarah provided total guidance for setting up account and explain upsell n downsell n other terms soundly. now i have set up my first cross sell with the help of Sarah. She explained good. I used this app to create a bundle to promote two specific styles on our website. The app works great and allows me to create bundles based on collection conditions- making it much easier to set up and use. I had an issue with the integration of the app, and Sarah was extremely helpful with helping get to the bottom of this. It was fixed extremely quickly and I am really happy with the service I received from Sarah

So far it's been the best upsell/cross sell app we've used. It's customizable and easy to use. They have multiple options including inline, popups as well as cross sells on the Thank You page saving us from having to use multiple apps. Their support is quick to reply and extremely helpful.
