I used this app to create a triggered pop up to upsell a group of products. Sarah on the Live Chat was extremely helpful in customising the look of the pop up instantly, beyond what I presumed would be possible. So refreshing to speak to a real and super helpful person.

I only downloaded this app last night but so far it seems way better than any of the other bundle / upsell ones I've tried and less buggy... And I've tried a lot! The customer service is AMAZING. The widget does need some tweaks with help from their support team. Some tutorials would definitely be helpful. I also can't see its full functionality without putting it live on my store (the preview is a bit slow) which is a little annoying, but I might be doing something wrong. I would like to see more case studies on various offer types and how they can work down the funnel, depending on what's in the customer basket. In fact I don't really know what is possible with this app as there's not much information available so it's a bit of trial and error. But overall I'm really impressed and am going to keep going with it and testing it until I've got my head around it.

Has increased my sales AOV by $30 and it looks much cleaner than any other upsell app I've ever came across. Support is always helpful. Best upsell app I've used in a while

Amazing! It started to work well within 24 hours of the initial installation. We are using it on a few products, as I believe in testing everything to ensure that it meets our customer's high expectations of us.

I've been playing around with other apps and I landed on UFE 2.0 and it's very intuitive, clear and easy to use. I've been looking for ways to offer deals for customers to buy multiples and for ways to upsell products and this does exactly that without adding a ton of stuff I don't need. So far so good! I'm excited to see what it can do for my sales!

Very useful app for upselling and cross-selling on product pages. I have used the popup after adding to cart which is my favorite feature. You can customize everything to match your brand colors. You can A/B test different offers which is great for optimizing. It's not a perfect app, but I've seen them working hard to improve it and make it better.

This app is really customizable and the user interface is easy to use. When the pop up didn't appear because of another app, I received great customer support in figuring out the problem.

The only downside is that I didn't find it earlier :) Very helpful and easy to use with lots of different options to choose from and customize. Also the support chat present in the app page is very handy and the support team is kind and working hard for client needs. Highly recommend!

I just installed the app. 2 minutes later, a chat support hit me up and helped me alongside me! They replied every 0.1 seconds which felt like I was being focused on! I love the customer support! I also gave a ton of feature request which I hope can be implemented soon! Very nice looking app! Really nice App. Has a great amount of features and support is awesome. I like that you are able to test it out and see if it actually starts making some conversions first to see if its for you. The split test and report function and views let you know what page and items are really popular with your customers and that helps alot if you also using Google Ads and trying to find out what product to push for google or on facebook. The split test is great for testing different products and see what meshes with your customers also. Pretty cool features! There is nothing not to like they give a guide to step you through the process and videos too. Look at those and if you need help support is right there to help.
