Well, I am still setting up this app which is very easy to set up. it is easy to manage and control and really you can do everything by just following the app instruction which is too simple. customer service is another story, they are very helpful, and no matter what time you contact them, they will respond before completing your issue and will guide you or do it for you in less than a minute. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to increase sales. It deserves every penny you invest in it.

The customer service has definitely improved since my last review. Functionality is great, though there is a steep learning curve and it will take a while to understand all the features. I still think its a bit expensive, but it has a few features no other Cross Sell app has.

The app offers many choices. It is simple, very clear, and effective. If you have any questions, the support will help you in the shortest possible time, no matter when. I am very satisfied and recommend the app.

Just started using this app and boy i tell you, this is definitely the best one i've used! Their customer support is top notch! Had some hiccup setting up my funnel, so i reached out to their support thru app chat. Support rep. Sarah was able to solve my problem and provided me with custom CSS that was needed for my funnel. She is absolutely Genius!

After some initial issues with the app, the CEO reached out and was able to resolve the issues very quickly. I really wanted this app to work because it has a beautiful interface and it was easy to set up and customize new offers. So far things are now working wonderfully and I would recommend this app after trying others in this space.

Definitely a great app, for both small and big e-commerce businesses. It looks professional, works great, it's fast and has a good enough customization for the upsell/cross sell offers, giving you the option to personalize the offers. Support is fast to respond and fix problems.

Do not use this app! I had an issue with the pop 4 times, then issue with the in page, and an issue removing app. If one of your variation sell out the app will cause your product page to go black and customers will not be able to purchase any variation from that product page. This app have no tutorials state, they are preparing. So, little to no direction other than a person in the chat on Indian time. I would not recommend this app.

What I like best about this app the the multiple means to make an upsell, from embedded into product pages, to unintrusive pop-ups. It was simple to setup upsells and so many ways to customize to meet any store's needs. Seamlessly integrates into the store and because a natural look of the site. Very good job creating this application, highly recommend anyone to use this app!

Love the app! Defiantly recommend it if your looking to have various automatic discounts on different product lines, something you cant do with the regular shopify discounts. Support was fantastic! quick response and was able to fix my issue in no time and best of all its FREE! We are a small store and don't get more than 50-70 orders a month. This is perfect, to get a few extra sales in without having to pay loads.

UFE should be the best upsell app ever. I used many other apps but UFE is the fastest, most powerful & useful. Their support is super fast and helpful too!

Great app, easy to set up, I have a little bit of trouble as I needed it on a custom section of my page - customer support guided me through the process and I had it working as desired in 5 minutes. Great app and brilliant support !
