Really fast and convenient support by Gyte. Helped me with a problem - and also had a nice idea to optimize my product page even more. Very good app and support!

I'm sick of this company. I already pay $599 per year for Upsell Koala. The purpose of the app is to offer upsells to my customers. Now they want me to get a SEPARATE app for a SEPARATE subscription just to be able to do a BOGO upsell. That's ridiculous. I'm unsubscribing from both just because I don't like being taken advantage of.

We tried several other apps, but Koala was the first to meet our needs for customer tags and the criteria we were looking to achieve. They provided outstanding customer service, Max in particular. He was competent, capable, and quick to resolve issues.
