We tried several other apps, but Koala was the first to meet our needs for customer tags and the criteria we were looking to achieve. They provided outstanding customer service, Max in particular. He was competent, capable, and quick to resolve issues.

Finally, an app that actually delivers on its promises! From the very beginning, I received excellent customer service, which I truly appreciated since I was in a rush to set up a sale on my website. The native Shopify app lets you create discounts with free gifts, but the customer has to manually add them to the cart—which I found too confusing. This app solved that issue by allowing me to set up rules so the free gifts are automatically added to the cart. Quick, easy, and exactly what I needed. I absolutely love this app!
