So far this app has done what I need it to without any issues and their support is always helpful when I have any set up questions. Definitely recommend it for automatically adding a free gift with purchase or showing upsell options to customers.

This app is very complete and has great support. I had an issue with the configuration and Max helped me promptly.

We're pretty happy with this app, They deliver a easy to work with, reliable product at a reasonable price. Support is also quick to respond and helpful, they follow up conversations quickly and don't let you waiting forever.

Used different app for adding automated gifts and it was more complicated. I like the simplicity of this app, very easy to use and customer service is excellent. Thank you!

I was having issues with my checkout and initially thought it was caused by the app. Max jumped in right away to help,we tried a few things within the app, but nothing seemed to fix it. Then Max went a step further and checked my Shopify dashboard. Turns out, my own manually set discounts were conflicting with the ones from Koala, which caused the issue. Incredible customer service, Max really went above and beyond. And the app itself is great

Loving the Koala Gift App so far – really easy to set up and works great with my store. Big thanks to Max – super helpful and actually took the time to check my gift offer, gave me solid advice on how to improve it, and was really engaged the whole time. Top support and a great app. Definitely recommend it if you want to offer gifts on your Shopify store!
