I needed some help with a feature on my shopify store so I reached out to support. Max assisted me in a very helpful and professional manner. He was able to answer all of my questions and even checked my website to asses my inquiry. I am very happy with the service that I received in resolving my issue. Even though it was on oversight on my part and everything was in fact working properly but, it was reassuring to know that someone was willing to look into it for me. Thanks again, Max!

I was using another app that was glitching during an active promotion I was running that was a really big deal for my business. I quickly sought out another app on the App store and Koala just looked the best for my needs. So I downloaded it and got my new gift with purchase offer running in less than 30 minutes. Maybe even less than 15. It works seamlessly and easily and is exactly what I was after. Thank you so much.

Meine Ansprechpartner Max und Gyte waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die App hat ein sehr intuitives Handling, ist einfach individualisierbar und eine sehr gute Ergänzung zum Shopify-Rabattsystem.
