The best app! While I wish Shopify had more variants just integrated within shop listings, I am glad this variant app exists. It’s THE BEST. Also, they’re extremely responsive and helpful by contact form/email if you have questions. I’ve been using this app for several years and it prevents me from having to follow up with clients for missing information because their “note at checkout” dropped off. I can’t believe I used to do the “leave a note at checkout with X, Y, Z”. I love that I can also print my orders and these variants show up on the order print-outs. I use a discount app to allow discount codes to work with the pricing variations and all of that has worked seamlessly through busy times like Black Friday… and just year-round in general. Last Black Friday was just so much better because of having this app. I could actually spend time with family and not be stuck to my phone. I also think more people order when it’s a am easy and clear user-friendly experience which is what this app helps with. Thank you.

This app is exactly what we needed after finding out the limitations of variations the default shopify allows on the products. I have been using this app for several months and it has gotten even better now that I can allow my customers to personalized and upload images for the product. Their customer service support is by far one of the best as they respond almost instantly. Very crucial when it comes to building your own website and needing help right away.

By far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with orders not having detail variances coming through. Send an email and almost immediately got a response and a list of how to fix the issue. Thank you so much for your great customer service and helping me understand.

I needed a way for my customers to leave me a note because the default note box wouldn't always carry through. I only recently started using this app and so far no issues. I tested with one product then duplicated to other products with ease. It offers exactly what I need, hasn't messed up my settings, my other variants are still there, and customers are able to checkout without issue. This app was a huge relief to the default note box headache I was having.

Customer service was extremely helpful in identifying an issue we had with a custom theme of ours and fixing the problem on our behalf. The complication had nothing to do with the application, we decided a while back to use a Magento theme on Shopify (horrific idea in hindsight), which was caused integration issues with a whole number of apps we have installed. Customer service here looked into the code to help find out where the problem was, then made the necessary corrections. Thank you!

Excellent app and excellent support. Really enhances with shopify can do without being overly and needlessly complicated to set up and alter. Has tons of features - more than well worth it.
