Great app and fantastic service! This app has made it so much easier to offer custom product options on our store. It’s clean, reliable, and works perfectly with Shopify. The layout looks professional on both desktop and mobile, and it gives our customers a smooth experience when choosing different variations. The support team is also excellent—very quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to expand product customization options!

Nice guy. They helped a lot," but I wanted to expand on that because the team at Relentless Apps truly deserves more praise. The support I received was outstanding. The representative was indeed a very nice person who took the time to help me with my issue efficiently and kindly. They clearly explained everything and ensured I was happy with the solution. I love the app. I originally gave it 4 stars and noted it had a problem. Jon and Martin both reached out from Relentless to take care of me. I'm a free user and they've gone the extra mile for me. The app itself is great. The options it gives me for my product is fantastic and I really am glad I've found this app. I recommend this app. 5 stars.

The app is simple and effective, just like it should be! As always, there are a few quirks due to the various limitations that shopify has but these were quickly and efficiently resolved by the amazing team at Relentless Apps. Great support and an amazing product!

nonfunctional, even with their guide.

I started using VOP to help enhance how my products are listed online and I love it! Because of the type of products I sell, I want my visitors and customers can find what they need without having to keep clicking and searching. I'm now able to list all my options for one product on one listing.

I had a fully paid subscription plan valid until 2026. Since we won't be selling anymore after 2026, I decided to cancel the subscription to prevent automatic renewal. However, after doing this, all app features were disabled. I've tried contacting support, but there's no available communication channel. I need the features of the already-paid plan to be restored or a refund issued.
I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Shopify manages all billing and subscription changes automatically, so when a subscription is canceled, they also remove access to the paid features. I’ve actually reached out by email a few times but didn’t hear back. Please reply directly to an email, and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of for you, whether that’s restoring access or finding another solution that works best for you. I recently reached out to Jon with feedback regarding the usability of the variant input box, which was too small for our needs due to the large number of product variants we manage. Jon and his team responded quickly, took the feedback seriously, and implemented a change that significantly improved the interface. The enlarged input box has made a noticeable difference—it’s far more user-friendly and has saved me a considerable amount of time. I've been using this app for quite some time & haven't had any issues until recently. I reached out to support and Jon responded very timely & he was able to tell me where my issue was. I was able to fix it, and get my listing back to active. Thank you, Jon! I would like to see some interface improvements with this app. It's great but it's not very user friendly. The boxes when adding variants is very small & when you have multiple variants, making updates is very time consuming because of the small boxes. I make it work, but some general usability changes would be great, I'll even volunteer to be a tester :) Definitely get this app if you need to expand beyond the variant options Shopify offers, they have it all!
