We use this app on our website which offers over 1000 configurable pieces of furniture. This app allows us to offer different variations. I loved the variety of styles for options such as buttons or image swatches. They allow for quick duplications between products. Overall this is my favorite product variation app. The customer service is impeccable as well.

I spent hour on the shop before finding this app. I needed to add options to my products BASED ON THEIR VARIANTS. This is is THE ONLY APP that allows you to display options according to the variants. All other apps will display options based on the previous selected options. I took me a while to understand that so I am saving you time if, like me, you are looking for that feature. I am selling paintings and wanted to add a frame option. Problem is that I have more than 30 different dimensions and do not want to manage a stock for the frame as it is custom made for each painting. With this app I created a product named FRAME, and added all dimensions with prices and with a conditional logic matching each dimension variant. Then I duplicate this product to all my catalog. By doing this, the app will automatically display/hide the option based on the variants available for each product (= I do not have to pick one by one the product and apply the option) The dev team is amazing, very helpful and quick to answer. The admin panel is well designed even if it will be helpful to have a button to apply options to ALL PRODUCTS on ALL PAGES (or by collection etc) so we do not have to click on each products of each pages. It is painful but it is probably because I am using the app a way that was not expected at first. I am sure it will be integrated very soon. Amazing app and team.

I tried a ton of custom product apps but finally decided on this one because it takes the design of my Shopify theme. It is so easy to use & has everything I need for my shop. When I came across a small issue, they were so quick to help solve it for me and even worked over the weekend to help get it fixed for me. They went above and beyond to help. So thank you for the support and customer service! This app is easy to use and adds essential functionality that we are needing for the launch of a new configurable product. Saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars vs custom development. Now I'm considering more ways we can use app functions for other products sold on our site. The developers have been extremely helpful getting everything working with our custom Shopify templates. I absolutely LOVE this app. I have several products where I need the customer to input information. Now I can set this to require that information before they can add it to cart, saving me hours of time, email back and forth, and potential missed orders. The additional "add on" feature is definitely going to increase sales. I had a little glitch with this app being blocked by another app and Martin quickly figured out the issue. All around this is one of the best apps we've added to our site and the best service we've received. Thank you!

Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

Just the app I needed for a contact lens store. The grid variant solved all of my headaches! Had a small issue installing the app but Jon got me back up and running really quickly. Thanks for the great app and support guys! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has complex products. EDIT: Everytime I had a bug, Jon and Martin would solve it for me really quickly. We all know that bugs will appear from time to time, and it is completely normal as everybody has different themes and codes. But it's the support that really counts. For a 2-man team, Jon and Martin have given me better support than many other big app developers out there. So if anyone is looking for a great product options app, please do give these guys a go! They really are great people to work with!

I make a product with about 500 variable options that have dependencies and really complex needs and I was able to get all of that done with this app. I even emailed in a request for something specific in dark mode and got a reply back from Jon quickly and they went in and made some needed adjustments for me. I really like being able to mix it up with different styles like dropdowns, radio buttons, etc.

Love the app. Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to understand. Tried another competing product before installing this one and it was completely impossible to even get started. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add custom combos or add-ons to their product pages.
