Variant Option Product Options

Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

Just the app I needed for a contact lens store. The grid variant solved all of my headaches! Had a small issue installing the app but Jon got me back up and running really quickly. Thanks for the great app and support guys! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has complex products. EDIT: Everytime I had a bug, Jon and Martin would solve it for me really quickly. We all know that bugs will appear from time to time, and it is completely normal as everybody has different themes and codes. But it's the support that really counts. For a 2-man team, Jon and Martin have given me better support than many other big app developers out there. So if anyone is looking for a great product options app, please do give these guys a go! They really are great people to work with!

Love the app. Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to understand. Tried another competing product before installing this one and it was completely impossible to even get started. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add custom combos or add-ons to their product pages.

5 star support! Good app but mis-charged some of my customers due to speed issues with the check out - quickly resolved by reaching out to support for a code change. Exciting to hear that the "discount code" box disappearing issue will soon be resolved too.

Great app! This We have used other customizing apps but none have given the breath of options that Best Custom Product does. Perfect for customization's that require images and swatches and it looks great and functions well too! Easy to use and the support is always super quick and always helpful.

Originally I was looking for long term options that didn't require a monthly app fee, however this has been so worth every penny! I had tried so many solutions to my issue of needing to gather custom product data for my Shopify store. Originally I wanted a Typeform, I've tried Zapier, and many automated custom information funnels. This app has everything you'll need and more. It makes me want to offer even more customization on all my products because it is simple and easy. Not to mention the customer service has been phenomenal helping explain anything I've needed guidance on. Thank you Jon and Martin!

We tried all of the product option apps on Shopify. This is the only app that made adding hundreds of variants to each product as painless as possible. We have some custom items with 300-400 variants each. With this app, you can add the variants by a comma separated list. The other apps do not do this (Bold Product Options was painful). Also, you can set it up to have the price change on the product page. The others did not. Technical support is great as well. I had an issue where the custom product options were not displaying in the cart. Martin hopped in the store and fixed it, quickly. This is a great app!

Initially this app did not work correctly with my theme. I reached out to customer service and they quickly fixed the issue and provided exceptional service. The app is easy to use and it works great in my store.

***** 5 stars! This app is a game changer. I can have "upgrade" options to my products without having to create more variants. I have different add-on options for different products and it's easy to duplicate for other products. It has also worked seamlessly with changing the theme for my store. And the customer service is excellent! They have been fast and helpful with any questions I have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have a lot of options and pricing changes that goes along with the options. This app allowed me to list all my items with their options and variants quickly and easily. This app was a deciding-factor in being able to use the Shopify platform as my main platform.

Brilliant app! So many options - Only app that i found that could change the style of the Shopify Variants Options can be set up on a product by product basis with an easy way of copying to other products if needed. Support has been exceptional! Really great and help you whenever its needed! Our favourite feature is Auto image swatches (for our colour variants) - where the image swatch selection automatically changes the main shopify product image with each time you select a different colour. We set the colours in main shopify variant and used this app to alter it and create auto image swatches!

After trying a few different apps that didn't meet our needs, we were so happy to discover 'Best Custom Product Options'. The team helped us manually install the app on our custom theme. The app works perfectly - we can customise the appearance of the colour swatches and variants for our products. The only suggestion I would add, is the ability to display both colour swatches and image swatches on one product - this update would be perfect! Other than this we love it, thanks guys!

I use this app on two websites to show variant swatches. Jon and Martin were able to help me show inventory quantities as well. They are helpful and attentive, and have persevered to ensure that my issues were resolved. I once needed help after work hours, and they made sure my emergency was resolved! Thank you both

This app is great for my color swatches. I offer over 60 colors and this is the only app I could find to sell my products the way that I wanted. I had a couple issues setting the app up but all the problems I had (my own fault) were dealt with by support quickly. I haven't even cracked the surface of what this app can do yet. Good stuff.
