Then we found Best custom, and everything changes for our business. Now we can propose a lot of different option and its really easy to set up. Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

Hands down one of the best app out in the market for product customization. Not to forget to mention, I tired at least 10 different apps before this, all top rated ones and none could solve my problem. All of them have limitations and none offers the kind of customization that BCPO does. And if you are making a Bespoke Tailoring site, this product will solve all your customisation problems. The support they offer is awesome. You get replies with minutes. They also replied to my emails on weekend. Made some great suggestions which made it so much easier for me to get the customization's as needed up and running in no time. Special thanks to Jon. I really appreciate your help. I created a job and asked for quotes to get the customization's done, and believe me the quotes I got were crazy. Also the time lines the vendors were expecting were like 30 to 45 days. And one email to the relentless team and my needs were fulfilled within minutes. Jon also made suggestion which made the customization look even wonderful and changed the entire look of the website. Thank you Relentless team. Keep up the good work. Keep supporting relentlessly.

Just the app I needed for a contact lens store. The grid variant solved all of my headaches! Had a small issue installing the app but Jon got me back up and running really quickly. Thanks for the great app and support guys! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has complex products. EDIT: Everytime I had a bug, Jon and Martin would solve it for me really quickly. We all know that bugs will appear from time to time, and it is completely normal as everybody has different themes and codes. But it's the support that really counts. For a 2-man team, Jon and Martin have given me better support than many other big app developers out there. So if anyone is looking for a great product options app, please do give these guys a go! They really are great people to work with!

I make a product with about 500 variable options that have dependencies and really complex needs and I was able to get all of that done with this app. I even emailed in a request for something specific in dark mode and got a reply back from Jon quickly and they went in and made some needed adjustments for me. I really like being able to mix it up with different styles like dropdowns, radio buttons, etc.

Love the app. Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to understand. Tried another competing product before installing this one and it was completely impossible to even get started. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add custom combos or add-ons to their product pages.

5 star support! Good app but mis-charged some of my customers due to speed issues with the check out - quickly resolved by reaching out to support for a code change. Exciting to hear that the "discount code" box disappearing issue will soon be resolved too.

I could not be more satisfied with this app or with the customer service the developers provide! The app does everything I need it to - makes my product listings so clean and beautiful looking with the color swatch and image options for variants. I had a minor issue that Martin fixed quickly, and the communication and follow up from Jon was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great app! This We have used other customizing apps but none have given the breath of options that Best Custom Product does. Perfect for customization's that require images and swatches and it looks great and functions well too! Easy to use and the support is always super quick and always helpful.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! It’s so easy to understand, it's visually organized and so easy to use…and it’s beautiful on the product pages. The best yet, the information flows seamlessly through the checkout process, cart and order processing. I highly recommend the Advanced Plan with the added features. Having gone through (2) other apps — nightmare — I was budget conscious. Then I gave yours a go…and it’s more than worth the monthly cost!!!! Any Shopify store owner should have this app in their tool kit.

Folks, I have tried the top rated options apps on Shopify and let me tell you that non of them have worked as expected. This one however works well after some adjustments from the support team. Originally I was looking for long term options that didn't require a monthly app fee, however this has been so worth every penny! I had tried so many solutions to my issue of needing to gather custom product data for my Shopify store. Originally I wanted a Typeform, I've tried Zapier, and many automated custom information funnels. This app has everything you'll need and more. It makes me want to offer even more customization on all my products because it is simple and easy. Not to mention the customer service has been phenomenal helping explain anything I've needed guidance on. Thank you Jon and Martin!

Great app! Exactly what I needed. I looked for a long time to find something that would allow me different options and dropdowns for the customer. This one hit the spot. I had some problems with how it appeared on my page initially and Relentless Apps responded quickly (within 8 hours) and got the issue cleared up. Best $$ I've spent on a Shopify app!

I used this app to show the variant in different ways (dropdown but also colors and images) and the app works great. The support is great and helped me to fix a bug on my shop
