The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests. It caused us many losses already. --------- update: I double checked our email box and couldn't find your reply. However, I do find that the bug has been fixed, so I'm generally happy now. As a jewellery brand, we needed far more flexibility for customer personalization than supported by Shopify options and variants out of the box. Easy to use, and allows a ton of added flexibility in offering variations on item listings in Shopify. We couldn't do without it at this point.
