If you ever need help, don’t hesitate to reach out to the customer service team directly. They’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my experience. I had an issue that I didn’t fully understand at first, but thanks to their clear guidance and support, everything became much clearer and was resolved efficiently. Their patience and professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciate the assistance they provided. Great app and great team — highly recommended!

Looked long and hard to find the right app to work with what we needed for the store. Had a few teething issues with our theme (specific to our theme and not the app) and the support was simply brilliant. Within a day, they had it sorted and we're now implementing it across the whole site. Thank you for all your help Martin and Jon - hugely appreciated.

The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests. It caused us many losses already. --------- update: I double checked our email box and couldn't find your reply. However, I do find that the bug has been fixed, so I'm generally happy now.
