Wost service I never had. You ask for help and they tell you that they don't have the time to help you and that they prefer to answer basic questions. I don't suggest you to work with them. Really disappointed.
We have sent you a few emails and haven't heard back from you. When I checked we always responded to your emails within a few hours. I would appreciate it if could email us back and let us know what else we can do to help you. Thank you.

I emailed them for assistance and received an immediate response. They walked me through all steps and were extremely helpful. They certainly went above and beyond to fix my issue. Although we discovered my problem wasn't related to the app, they were still committed to making it work for me. I highly recommend this app. It is exactly what I needed for my store, providing all product options I need. I'm confident in their developers knowledge, skills and willingness to assist their customers. Many thanks from us in Pensacola, FL! Keep up the great work!!

This app is very useful to customise your product variants. No need to use complicate codes ! And the support with Jon and Martin, are nice and responsive if you need some help. Highly recommanded ! :)

This is one of my favorite apps from the Shopify store. It allows me to add unlimited options to my products. Customers are able to create their own custom item which I absolutely love. A must have!!!

We use the app for colour swatches for clothing, and it is the perfect choice for this use. The customer support from Jon and Martin has always been fantastic. We're big fans and recommend the app to everyone.

With this app I can do everything I had imagined. It is user friendly and I'm very happy I installed it. I won't even think to try something else. They also have an excellent fast support if you need anything.

This app was great for enabling additional variants in excess of the limitation set by Shopify, there were some issues regarding draft orders and discount codes which does require you to download an additional app for a fee however the response from a team of two in dealing handling support queries is excellent.

App works the way it should. But what makes it great is the support. The team is very helpful to my unique issues for my store. Would certainly recommend!

I was looking for an app that I can add options and have it match my theme already and this was the perfect one. Anytime I had an issue Jon was quick to help and veryyyy helpful ! They’re just a team of 2 and they’re doing an awesome job with this app. I’ll highly recommend it. Great customer service and great add on to my site

Exceptional Customer support. Extremely easy to use User Interface. I have ADHD and have had trouble setting up complex menu options with other apps. The workflow of creating options with (If-Then) variables with "Best Product Options" made things so much easier and stress less for me. I am new to building a website, so I had some questions that required quite a bit of clarification from Jon to help me understand.
