Good software but so expensive and ridiculous price increases every year. I personally feel like they are pricing themselves out of the market.

In the time we have been with Veeqo - our business has gone from strength to strength. Its a real partnership! The support team, especially Vera and Marc, have been great. Sometimes a little buggy and some new features could be rolled out faster, but on the whole a great and reliable product that should get even better over time.

We've been using Veeqo for over 3 years, pretty much since it's inception. It's the only software that integrates with Royal Mail online, which allows you the 20% VAT claim on volumetric discount - huge plus for any UK based e-commerce businesses. We are now using it for all our stock and inventory MGT too, and it's proving to be pretty seamless. Fingers crossed they roll out multiple currency variants for w/s orders and pricing for each SKU soon! Support is also good - would recommend.

Veeqo has worked for us really well and the support is excellent and it's really easy to use. The on-boarding process was really smooth and they have been very responsive to the few issues with couriers that we have had.

Absolutely superb! Without veeqo im sure we would find it very hard to keep track with sales, shipping and all other aspects of running our business. The support is top notch, and with our shipping integrated its so much easier to now pick pack and send out our goods

I have tried a few of the multi-platform companies and I have finally found the one that will work with my business model. Customer service has been great (thank you Keela) and very responsive. Superb service, the best quality support we have seen from a company. Everyone in the business truly cares about the customer. Been using for 6 months now and had not 1 issue. Has completely transformed the way we operate and the speed we can process orders. 6 stars please.

Excellent app, we run around 5 ebay accounts , our own website and an amazon account. Booking in takes 10 minutes as opposed to 2 hours each day and you really have control over your orders. Do not rush with the setup and you will be rewarded of how easy it is to intergrate. Uk phone support by the app builders themselves. If you run multi sales channels then there is quite simply no better.

We tried few products before we decided to use Veeqo and that was the best decision we made. You no only getting great product but also the best customer service you can ask for. Veeqo is by far the best product for those who like us selling on more then one markets. Good looking layout and easy navigation making you day easier. They also listen to their customers and constantly upgrading product. Veeqo is not the cheapest solution but I prefer pay more and get product on which I can rely, and Veeqo is that product

Extremely effective inventory management system! Ticked all the boxes and integrated seamlessly with our Shopify website and eBay store. Their customer service team are always welcoming and their technical team were able to set everything up for us efficiently so we had do downtime. Veeqo are innovators and looking towards the future with extra functions being added all the time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We've been using Veeqo for about 18 months and find it an excellent inventory software. We have quite a complicated inventory and Veeqo were very helpful in helping us organise it to suit our needs. We researched many different softwares and Veeqo ticked nearly all the boxes of what we need. Their support is excellent and it helps for us that they are UK based. We have used a few different inventory softwares over the years and Veeqo has been the best, they are also working on their reporting capabilities, so we are looking forward to that. I have given them 4 stars, but once they improve their reporting, they would get 5 stars from us.

It would still be beneficial to use Veeqo with Shopify if this was your only channel. However, Veeqo comes into its own when you sell on other platforms and/or have other websites. Managing inventory when selling on more than one platform is a nightmare. There is a significant danger of over selling which can only end in customer dissatisfaction. Inventory management is key - but the outstanding feature that Veeqo offers is shipping and managing dispatch. We sell on 3 of our own websites as well as eBay and Amazon. Orders come in to Veeqo automatically from all 5 sites allowing us to create pick lists instantly across all channels. You can also brand each packing slip/invoice different for each channel and allocate different shipping companies. We use Royal Mail, UPS, UK Mail and DX. Veeqo allow us to assign different types of orders to different couriers depending on an number of criteria. All shipping labels are created without any data entry ready for dispatch! Magic!

Veeqo has catapulted my dispatching process from unprofessional to what you would expect from a large retailer. The way it has merged all of my sales channels into one order list makes things much easier, reducing the possibility of mistakes, missing orders and so on. The integration with Royal Mail means all of my orders are tracked, tracking codes are automatically pushed into my sales channels and also the customer is informed via email - all automatically of course. I could go on for hours about how much time and effort Veeqo has saved me, but this software has really helped me streamline my business, reduce complains and frustration and feel confident in growing my business as I know I can handle increased volume. Also, the customer service is brilliant.

Veeqo saves us an hour or more a day via it's Royal Mail Bulk Ship feature. We just set the shipping rules and with a few clicks, dozens of packages are shipped across our channels. Not only is the data automatically fed through to Royal Mail, but tracking references are automatically applied to orders and orders are marked as shipped. It's worth using Veeqo for this feature alone. But there's a lot more to Veeqo too, including inventory sync'ing, listing tools for eBay and Amazon, reporting across channels, accounting integrations, even a POS. Veeqo also is under constant development, and after a few months using it the feature set has expanded and usability improved - including an implementation of a suggestion of ours. Finally, support is responsive and intelligent and they follow through to ensure a resolution to any issues.

Unquestionable 5 stars. Genuinely pleased. As a single channel shopify eCommerce store, Veeqo is a really super cloud platform for a growing business struggling with the limitations of shopifys order management. They have a hugely dedicated support team which you can actually talk to on the phone included with every package they offer, this is a massive bonus for solving ops headaches quickly and easily. Few other shopify app order management solutions offered this level of support for such a low price. The Facebook app style bubble chat function is so cool too. Entering cost price data allows for stock valuation figures which helps for planning p&l and cash flows. Allow up to 4 weeks for transferring over from shopify on 20 orders a day, with 1 week for interface learning. The simplicity of the platform is just fantastic because there is a no nonsense feeling of operating it. The few setbacks are likely unique to us because we are our own brand selling our own custom made products. This means the lack of customisations for reports and functionality may develop into pain points further down the line (we are growing at circa 275% p/a), but we can see this platform allowing seamless operations for a good 12-18 months. It should solve almost everything until then and is thus difficult to criticise! Team Beaufort & Blake
