Unquestionable 5 stars. Genuinely pleased. As a single channel shopify eCommerce store, Veeqo is a really super cloud platform for a growing business struggling with the limitations of shopifys order management. They have a hugely dedicated support team which you can actually talk to on the phone included with every package they offer, this is a massive bonus for solving ops headaches quickly and easily. Few other shopify app order management solutions offered this level of support for such a low price. The Facebook app style bubble chat function is so cool too. Entering cost price data allows for stock valuation figures which helps for planning p&l and cash flows. Allow up to 4 weeks for transferring over from shopify on 20 orders a day, with 1 week for interface learning. The simplicity of the platform is just fantastic because there is a no nonsense feeling of operating it. The few setbacks are likely unique to us because we are our own brand selling our own custom made products. This means the lack of customisations for reports and functionality may develop into pain points further down the line (we are growing at circa 275% p/a), but we can see this platform allowing seamless operations for a good 12-18 months. Veeqo is the best app around for integrating your stores and Royal Mail. I have been using it for 2 years now and it has greatly reduced our admit time!! The software is constantly evolving and there are always new features. I definitely recommend!

fitnesshealth.co has been using the Veeqo shopify plugin for the last 4 months. The main reason for us joining Veeqo last year was to solve our problem with the royal mail shipping labels. Because we sell on Amazon, Ebay and Shopify we had a range of different shipping labels from each platform, and we wanted to ingrate these systems together. Using the Veeqo system we achieved we a much more professional finish to our product. The shipping label has a 2d barcode with all the address essential information. We have removed our old paper invoicing and replaced it with electronic, with the shipping labels supplied from the royal mail and printed through a thermal we have reduced our printing charges by 80%. Veeqo is a great system that is going to help our business in a number of ways’; inventory management is also another key system that we have in operation. As we have over 500 products SKU’s is essential to have an operating system that is tracking the progress of sales per item, and helps a great deal when we need to look in detail into the product history. Setting up Veeqo was quite simple as the Veeqo team are very helpful and quick to sort out problems. I would recommended Veeqo all online businesses as the data you receive and service is top class. Veeqo has been a life saver for us. We searched everywhere for an system which would integrate with all of our platforms - Veeqo was the only one which was able to integrate with everything we needed, including Shopify. We can easily manage our stock for multiple platforms all in one place now so with the amount of products and variants we have it has enabled us to list more on other platforms such as Amazon without having to worry about keeping on top of the stock levels across them all. It saves us an average of 2 hours a day on our old shipping process by putting everything into one place and having a quick and easy one click bulk shipment which also effortlessly creates all of our shipping labels and customer invoices. We recently started using another feature of veeqo enabling us to see our profit margins on each product from cost price and also manage how much stock we actually sit on. This has been particularly useful for us as a business. The support is also excellent and the team behind veeqo are always hands on any problems or questions we have. If you are looking to save yourself hours in the day and smooth out your current shipping process or stock management - you definitely need Veeqo.

The royal mail integration is good - and multichannel sales management and shipping generally works well. The bad - we find some of the UX a bit slow and buggy and it could do with a bit of an overhaul. Reporting is particularly weak too - better dashboards and some improved basic sales reporting would be great. A few more courier integrations wouldn't go amiss either. Overall though it's just about the best of these kinds of products: Linnworks is definitely overkill for us and a lot of the other inventory management tools are very US-centric and don't have many UK courier integrations.

We have been round the block so many times and at last thought we had found the right solution. Linked straight to our shopify site and were able to upload our vend csv file into the system easily enough. The problem came from Veeqo's supplied till system. If a customer came to the till with a packet of hooks (we are a fishing tackle company) and the staff member scanned them, up would jump on the screen a full list of this hooks variations i.e. sizes. The staff member would then have to look at the screen and select which variation they had in their hand. The veeqo till system does not process variations straight to basket from scanner and this is open to human error. We have about 7500 variations out of 8700 products so this problem can clearly be observed, especially on a busy Saturday when there is a queue at the tills and customers are coming up with armfuls of small items. This till system is ok if you run a small quiet coffee shop. So, I rang up to ask about fixing, what was to me, quite a simple tweek only to be told by one of the sales guys who had very limited technical experience (never ever got through to somebody that knows what they are talking about), that for now there was nothing they could do about it and maybe some time in the future the problem could be fixed. I got the feeling that he was being very wishy washy with me and was not interested in A. Seeing a proper technical guy. and B. Suggesting a progressive response to the problem. His main input ,which he said several times was 'Sorry about that, would you like me to cancel your forthcoming phone meeting with one of the set up guys'' Not a good way to obtain customers.

We did an exhaustive search for an inventory management and fulfilment system before we launched our Shopify store, and Veeqo came out tops. It had the right balance of lots of useful features for a new eCommerce store, while being easy to setup as well as affordable. Veeqo integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store as well as Xero (which we are using for accounting). Importing products from Shopify into Veeqo was a breeze.

This is my 100% truthful and detailed review. As of recently, we do on average about 500 orders a day. So we do stress test it a bit! (It managed to cope with 1000 orders a day perfectly) We started out with Veeqo about 6 months ago. It reshaped how we did things, and allowed us to expand to other sales channels without splitting our stock. The speed increase it gave us in completing the orders are amazing. Admittedly, we have had quite a few problems with Veeqo, BUT that is in the past and they have tried their best (every member at Veeqo, not naming any specific names!) to put things right as soon as possible. Which may involve the Veeqo team working out of hours to rectify. Every problem that we have encountered has been fixed within a good amount of time. But don’t let that put you off, we have not had anything catastrophic happen and significant problems are extremely rare. Veeqo as a company & an application are evolving and updating all the time, which is one of the best things about them. With many other applications & subscriptions we have had in the past; you may buy into the contract and you are stuck with the same application in a year or two, whereas Veeqo is almost updated/upgraded every single day. (and the updates are always good changes!) The support Veeqo provides is quite excellent. From a click of the button you receive instant access to their help centre, or you can talk to a member of the Veeqo team which are very helpful. If you have any problems are questions, it isn't hard to get them answered or fixed. The application itself is very good. As I said previously, updated constantly. It works well, it’s well designed and works good with the channels we have used (Amazon, eBay & Shopify). It ties everything together nicely. Some people may think it to be expensive, but you do get what you pay for. It offers reports, which are quite good for roughly checking your takings and profits (I use it every day!). It offers fully customisable invoices/receipts and other order printables you may use (one of the main reasons for trying Veeqo in the first place). Also, the ability to barcode orders and products is excellent! So if you do use Veeqo, I would recommend investing in a scanner! The initial setup is very quick. (Depending on the amount of products you sell of course.) With other applications of this type you would need weeks or to pay a ridiculous fee to get it setup. But the initial setup is very quick, easy and simple. (Nothing complex whatsoever with no problems). Summary: From the experience I have received from Veeqo, how it has helped us to increase the amount of orders (& be able to cope!) I would highly recommend because we could not live without it. Perfect customer service and very good application. Veeqo is the best application in its category. We will probably never stop using Veeqo. Highly recommend.

Now this is money well spent. Having Veeqo integrated into our online store has saved us so much time and money. We have been running Veeqo for well over 12 month and I must say we are really pleased with the time and money saved and the increase in our business since install. Highly recommended.

A must for processing orders and taking all the worry and risk of error from the order processing routine. If you are worrying about getting the right application integrated to do the job, this is the one for you. The system is very flexible and completely integrated with our in-house systems with ease. If you do need help the after service and technical help is also first rate. Thanks.

Simple, intuitive app that was really helped us mange our stock levels and control our inventory. Other inventory apps looked too complicated but Veeqo is very easy to use. The customer service from the team is great and they are good at taking on feedback and implementing new features. Great app.

The choice for us was to find an integration software that was sophisticated enough to enable a much faster way of processing orders or to hire a further member of staff to deal with just this...thankfully, we chose to go with Veeqo and so far they have taken everything we throw at them. Great technical support and a really friendly team that really makes you feel they appreciate the business you are giving - and we very much appreciate the service we receive. You'd be hard pushed to find a more in depth order management and postage integration system. Thanks guys.

Great product and great customer service! I love the barcode integration, i asked them to add in a feature and they were more than happy to put it in for me, for no extra cost might i add! It is currently in development but once it is released it will help my process greatly :-) A must try app!!
