Absolute life and time-saver for both Shopify and Etsy to bulk edit, add, and update products rather than individually going through all the listings. The creator of the app is extremely responsive whenever I've had a question and have responded within minutes. Literally could not run the store without it!

Poor Customer service. Unpolite and unwilling to solve problems The app will stop if publish over 30 listing and there is no way to settle it by customer . Very very poor exerience.

I love this ap. Been using it since the free version. Happy to pay for it now becasue it saves me SO MUCH TIME. I am not the type of person who can list via .csv files, I need the visuals, and Velas layout makes my listing process streamlined.

Took two lots of money for my stores but I only upgraded one. Wouldn't even work the next day. Took loads of products off my etsy and shopify. Awful and rude customer service. Avoid! There is better out there
Unfortunately, this review is entirely false and misleading. To clarify, the user received a free one-week trial for both shops connected to Vela. Afterward, they upgraded both shops to Vela Plus and were charged $10 each, as expected and clearly stated. They then canceled both shops, requested refunds, and yet expected to retain access. While there was no legitimate reason for a refund, we still issued a full refund for both shops. Despite this, the user chose to post a negative review.

A MUST HAVE FOR ANY SELLERS ON SHOPIFY AND OR ETSY!!! This wonderful app is already an essential part of my shops and makes the listing process so much more fluent and organized. My time is very limited to create and work on listings, and having the ability to utilize the tools provided with this app is a huge asset to me growing and expanding my business. A HUGE THANK YOU to the creators for their amazing customer service, even providing me with assistance to an issue that was due to my own error on a holiday! With a quick message sent, a reply was given immediately with the issue resolved before I even knew what the problem was. I am extremely impressed and am so glad I have an app that is allowing me to gain confidence in my shops!!! THANK YOU!!!

This is an AMAZING APP. It truly does what it says.... allows you to bulk edit your ETSY store and your SHOPIFY store and copy listings between both. I can not imagine the hours it would have taken me to do this manually. It is the reason technology exists and there is just no reason not to use this to save time and stress. It is affordable and easy to use and the support is incredible. They are VERY responsive and the program is logical and not hard to use. Do your self a huge favor and get this app. Seriously !!

STAY AWAY!! Terrible customer service!! Not worth it, find another app. Very bad experience, rude customer service.
To clarify and correct this misleading review, the user subscribed in January, used the platform, and then reached out to request a refund, claiming that they "accidently" signed up. We provided the refund without question. However, they tried the same thing again in March, and we did not grant a refund, so they posted a negative review.

When I say that Vela's new features nearly made me cry tears of joy, it is NOT an exaggeration. Being a one woman show, I have literally hundreds of items that just never get listed, or take a year or more to list. When I would sit down previously and list my item in Etsy and then in Shopify it would take me an hour plus for each item, so I would rarely take the time out to do so as I needed to be in the studio making jewerly instead. With Vela Create and Vela Profiles it takes me MINUTES to list something new. I can pop up a few listings easily on my laptop while I watch tv with the family instead of taking a whole day out to try to get new items up or just never listing them and losing the chance at revenue. I've used vela on and off for years and it's always been handy, but Create and Profiles are an absolute game changer. Another huge plus is Vela serving as a workaround to Etsy not allowing roles or assistants to access our shop if they are not at your IP address. I recently hired a virtual assistant in another country and she can log into Vela to help with my Etsy without the risk of Etsy shutting me down. Vela is an absolutely necessary tool for your toolbox if you want to streamline your business and spend your time where it counts.

bait and switch! first this app was free. then after a couple years they started charging. now they have changed the version I have been paying for....it now requires I switch and upgrade from my paid account...to a Pro version 2x the price. if we were with you through the developing stage and suffered some of your major hiccups ( I remember one bug that wiped all my pricing out). then you should be loyal to us long time clients. BAITING NEW CLIENTS WITH A 5$ account, that I guess isn't even offered anymore(?) only to later make them upgrade to the $10 app, not cool. as if holding back our access to an account we PAY for will be less noticeable or less outrageous if you raise our pricing in incremental steps. nope. im done
This review is completely false and misleading. To clarify, we've launched several new features recently, yet some are exclusive to Vela Plus. In order to give all users the opportunity to explore these features, we provided a FREE week of Vela Plus to ALL users currently subscribed to Vela Lite. There are no strings attached, no obligation to upgrade, and no "bait & switch." All users were simply given a free week to access ALL Plus functionality. If, after the trial week, a user does not upgrade, they will automatically revert to Lite. This was explained in detail via email and within the platform. Fortunately, the vast majority of users have welcomed the opportunity to explore new features for FREE, but we will make things even more explicit in the future.

This product is really great for anyone with a large inventory. It takes a few minutes to get used to it, but the value add and productivity is incredible. It is easy to navigate and can bulk edit almost everything. Great job team!

I use Vela for Etsy and Shopify and it makes me life soooooo easy. Thank you. Today I had an issue with my Shopify not refreshing. I reached out on the chat and they had refreshed my shop before responding to me a minute or two after I reached out. I very appreciate the quick service a lot. Thank you!

Vela was recommended to me by a Shopify "helper" on Fiverr. The well thought-out functionality, video instructions, establishing variation profiles, tagging items, etc. make using it easy.

I'm new to Shopify and Etsy so having Vela to help me in connecting both shops has been a huge help! The ease of use, well-thought-out functionality, easy to follow instructional videos for all areas of use, make it a pleasure to use. Being able to set up variation profiles, tag profiles and other things you can't do in Etsy and Shopify is terrific! You get to try it out with full functionality for a full week before committing to the very reasonable monthly fee and the best part is whenever I've had a question I send a message to support and within minutes I've gotten a response. Even on Christmas Day when I stated in my message that I certainly did not expect to hear from anyone, Justin wrote back with help as he was heading to his Christmas dinner! Now that's what I call awesome customer support!! I wish there were more than 5 stars so I could give them to Vela!

I've been using Vela for awhile now and I would highly recommend it to anyone who sells on multiple e-commerce platforms. It's a great bulk product management software that allows me to manage my Etsy and Shopify products easily. I love the bulk product editing feature, variation profiles and Etsy product importer feature the most. This is a must have app for Etsy shop owners who are wanting to move their products to Shopify without a huge headache. I had a question late in the evening and clicked on their chat support button and was instantly connected with a live person. Not only did they answer, they sent me a link to log in remotely so they could show me how to do the task I was needing to do. Amazing customer service! I am so thankful for Justin taking the time to show me all the great new features Vela has to offer. They regularly update their software which anyone who sells on Etsy realizes this is important because changing products on Etsy is time consuming. These changes can be made quickly through Vela. Honestly, as long term user who has high expectations, Vela regularly exceeds them. The monthly subscription is well worth it, as it literally saves me hours of work by not having to go through and update and add my products manually. Very pleased with this product.

When we did our shopify inventory, over 700 Etsy listings were removed that we paid to activate etc. When I reached out for support, he questioned me about them even existing. Very Very rude customer "support" - do not use them. Edited to add in response: As stated in my review about your company, it was the way you treated me. If I could upload photos of the way you've spoken to me, accused me of making up our listing, bragged about your subscribers etc, I would. The bottom line is you treat people terribly Justin. You are very rude, short, cocky and talk down to people. I reached out for help and instead I received insults, accusations and smart aleck responses. That is my complaint with your company.
As one of Vela's creators, I feel it is important to address the concern expressed in this review to ensure that others understand that Vela was not responsible for "removing" any listings from the user's shop. In this case, the user had connected their Etsy and Shopify shops to a single Vela account. They originally published 700+ listings on Etsy in July but did not set them to auto-renew. Per Etsy's terms, new listings remain active for four months and, unless renewed, are automatically moved to expired. This is why the listings were removed from both Vela and Etsy.
