we wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn't work ;) Concerning customer service it is very bad we are constantly forced to repeat the same questions without having answers to our problems which lasts for days with little Jessica who moves at the speed of a snail ;) we will say that the level of professionalism is very, very low with the impression of speaking to child agents who throw tantrums if you ask too many questions ;) There is still a lot of work to do, Good luck !

Very bad app, the app keeps causing price changes for certain items. Support is difficult to reach, only a bot. Personal support should be available within 2 hours, after 4 hours still no feedback. When uploading products you can't set in advance which products in the category are uploaded, no, all products in that category are uploaded. This of course makes the shop confusing to edit.
Good day! The response time of our support desk replies within 2 hours on business days. You can easily get in touch with us via woosa.com/contact or within the app settings via the live chat bulb. Expecting personal support when paying only $29.00 a month is outrageous. You can contact us if you are interesting in VIP treatment, I will share our price for that. The app is made to update prices automatically. vidaXL changes their prices often, therefore your prices also change often. This is literally the purpose of the app. Kind regards, Jessica Woosa

so mad for second time they took money from my account when they assure me that they cancel my subscription . this is the worst dropshipIng app plus 0 help you need to wait a month for replay . i want my money back
Hi Little Bee, We are not able to cancel your subscription. You simply cancel your subscription by uninstalling the app. This is common in Shopify and works the same for all paid apps. I want to unsibscribe, but there is no option to do it???? With 1 click I can subscribe but there is hidden option to cancel subscription? WHY?

HELLO. Do not resell the goods of this company, because the goods are of poor quality, defective. Returns are fine, but customers are unhappy with most items. I've had a lot of nerves with this company because of customer complaints.

Bonjour, A priori nous avons un essaie de 30 jours, mais celui semble ne pas être pris en compte, on nous demande de payer 30 euros, pour avoir là clefs d’accès API de manière à poursuivre l’intégration. Aussitôt installer aussitôt retirer. Contact chat défectueux.

Ich habe noch nie eine schlechtere Dropshipping-Plattform gesehen! Sie zahlen 30 Euro pro Monat, um einige Produkte zu verkaufen, für die Sie nichts verdienen. Sie haben enorme Preise und verkaufen auch online zu Preisen, die weit unter dem liegen, was Sie als Wiederverkäufer erzielen können. Sie haben keine Chance, ihre Produkte zu verkaufen. Außerdem habe ich zwei Tage lang versucht, das 30-Euro-Abonnement aufzugeben, und Ihnen wird keine Möglichkeit dazu gegeben. Maskierte Täuschung! ICH EMPFEHLE ES NICHT!!!

Sehr gute App aber nicht für den Schweizer Markt zu empfehlen !! da die Preise nicht an das Schweizer Geldformat angepasst werden können und das Unternehmen auch nicht vor hat dies zu tun in naher Zukunft und somit eine Automatisierung des Stores Verunmöglicht bestes Beispiel: www.oceanien.ch Preisgestaltung im Checkout beachten ! in der Storefront konnte Ich noch alle Preise runden aber halt an die Programmierung des Checkouts läst shopify mich nicht ran. aber sie sagt auch klar das die Preise Geldformate von VIdaXL ( woosa ) richtig übermittelt werden müssen wenn Sie ein seriöser Dropshipping für die Schweiz sein wollen. eigentlich wollte ich International auf allen Märken in denen oceanien vertreten ist diese app einbeziehen aber wenn sie mir nicht einmal mit solch einem kleinen Problem helfen wollen sehe ich in naher Zukunft auch keinen Grund für weitere Zusammenarbeit.

It is ridiculous how rudimentary this app works. When importing, you hardly have any options and if you choose the automatic update, the products are simply deleted for no visible reason. Apart from that, VIDAXL is unfortunately not a good dropshipping provider.

I don’t really enjoy this plugin, the products variant like sizes, colours etc are listed as single products, it’s so hard for customers to find the size or colours they prefer. Please developer look in to this, is very important. Thanks!
Hi Furnishmaxi, Unfortunately this is not solvable for the app itself. vidaXL simply doesn't have a recognizable structure in their product feeds, to recognize parent products and its variations. Awful customer service, i wanted to cancel my trial and it's taking forever. A simple thing like this takes sooo long. You can't make anything succesful with this company for sure. If i wanted to cancel my trial in the last days, waiting for their response would get me paying for this app. Nice strategy there, the hunger is big.

You are aware that you have installed the App via Shopify and you can also remove the App from your Shopify backend? Once doing this no payment or trial period will continue. Many problems with this app and over the last 5 months and every time they rerspond to the ticket once and then not again. They never solve the actual problem. This time they ignored 400 duplicates created and we actually loose money on the orders - last app bug made us loose $210 on one order. Support has not replied since we asked refund.

Customer Service is useless. They responded to my first email, and when they requested something which I provided information on they have not responded in the last week. Before they respond in the comments (like they have done so in the other bad reviews) YES, i have emailed [email protected].

Instead of getting the ticket "to the top" again, every reply puts it back to the bottom. We reply based on oldest response and not on newest responses. Kann nur abraten. Wenn man es installiert, möchte die App API Zugangsdaten. Wo man die erstellt, steht dort nicht. Nach etwas suche (Fehler wenn man sich vorher einen Vida XL Account erstellt, immer falsche Verlinkung, hilft nur Inkognito Modus) erfährt man, dass es nochmal 30 Euro pro Monat kostet. Daher nicht mal ein kostenloser Test möglich. Habe die App daher deinstalliert.
Liebe Julery, Woosa hat diese vidaXL Dropshipping-App für Shopify entwickelt. VidaXL Dropshipping hat auch ein eigenes Geschäftsmodell und eigene Preise. Dafür können wir leider nichts. Wenn Sie es in Zukunft trotzdem versuchen möchten, können wir als Woosa während Ihrer Probezeit etwas bedeuten. Sie können uns gerne kontaktieren ;) Grüße, Team Woosa

Stunden von Arbeit zum Produkttexte schreiben, Preisgestaltung, Foto Bearbeitung, und etc. gingen verloren, weil die App die Daten einfach überschreibt !!!!!! DAFÜR GIBT ES KEINE ENTSCHULDIGUNG, ICH HABE TAGE DARAN GESESSEN !!!! ICH BIN EXTREM SAUER !

You can configure in our settings to NOT update content like description, title and so on. Probably you have misconfigured these settings?
