Awful customer service, i wanted to cancel my trial and it's taking forever. A simple thing like this takes sooo long. You can't make anything succesful with this company for sure. If i wanted to cancel my trial in the last days, waiting for their response would get me paying for this app. Nice strategy there, the hunger is big.

You are aware that you have installed the App via Shopify and you can also remove the App from your Shopify backend? Once doing this no payment or trial period will continue. Works well as of so far. I only have one thing that makes things complicated. Is it not possible to import products with taxes(VAT), because if not, then the sales price percentage won't be very useful.

Many problems with this app and over the last 5 months and every time they rerspond to the ticket once and then not again. They never solve the actual problem. This time they ignored 400 duplicates created and we actually loose money on the orders - last app bug made us loose $210 on one order. Support has not replied since we asked refund.

App geprobeerd en nog steeds aan het proberen. Een app zonder uitleg kan nooit hoger dan 3 sterren scoren uiteraard, alleen doe ik er nog een ster vanaf omdat de app je alle producten laat toevoegen, maar ze niet samenvoegt. Zo heb ik lekker 7 pagina's vol met 1 en hetzelfde bed in 3249873245892 verschillende formaten en kleuren. Elke andere dropship import app die ik heb gebruikt, sorteert bijvoorbeeld telefoonhoesjes automatisch in dezelfde link Ik kan op 1 afbeelding van een telefoonhoesje klikken en vanuit die link de juiste kleur en soort telefoon selecteren. VidaXL app zorgt er tot nu toe alleen voor dat ik dus zoals beschreven, 7 pagina's vol krijg met hetzelfde product in verschillende formaten. Heb de vraag doorgestuurd en hier nog geen reactie op. Mocht dit een instellingsfout van mijzelf zijn, pas ik direct de recensie aan. Tot nu toe lijkt het alleen handmatig te kunnen, maar dat haalt de magic van de app weg. Het moet met een klik klaar zijn en als ik nu 5500 producten alle varianten met de hand moet toewijzen aan elkaar, is de app dus overbodig. Ik hoop dat ik snel reactie krijg, voordat ik de nieuwe maand moet afrekenen. Zonder variant samenvoeg optie is de app redelijk nutteloos. Wordt vervolgd... Aantal sterren aangepast na antwoord ontwikkelaar: Helaas is er nog geen oplossing voor, maar dit probleem ligt bij VidaXL en niet bij Woosa. Mij beloofd dat zodra vidaxl met een oplossing komt, woosa het direct oppakt.

Customer Service is useless. They responded to my first email, and when they requested something which I provided information on they have not responded in the last week. Before they respond in the comments (like they have done so in the other bad reviews) YES, i have emailed [email protected].

Hello Casaza Store, Thank you for your review. I can see where it went wrong. Your impatience on getting a reply is working against you. Instead of getting the ticket "to the top" again, every reply puts it back to the bottom. We reply based on oldest response and not on newest responses. Kann nur abraten. Wenn man es installiert, möchte die App API Zugangsdaten. Wo man die erstellt, steht dort nicht. Nach etwas suche (Fehler wenn man sich vorher einen Vida XL Account erstellt, immer falsche Verlinkung, hilft nur Inkognito Modus) erfährt man, dass es nochmal 30 Euro pro Monat kostet. Daher nicht mal ein kostenloser Test möglich. Habe die App daher deinstalliert.

Stunden von Arbeit zum Produkttexte schreiben, Preisgestaltung, Foto Bearbeitung, und etc. gingen verloren, weil die App die Daten einfach überschreibt !!!!!! DAFÜR GIBT ES KEINE ENTSCHULDIGUNG, ICH HABE TAGE DARAN GESESSEN !!!! ICH BIN EXTREM SAUER !

EDIT: After a full week of using the app I must say it is definitely worth the money. Not only is it a great workaround for the 15mb csv file limit, it also lets you choose which categories you need. Imagine if you had to figure that out in a csv file without messing up the formatting. One small thing though: I hope you'll make the product upload go faster in the future :)

I think this app is good. After reading all the bad reviews; I was sceptical. However; if you take your time to understand the app; and use the customer support when needed; you will handle this app without problem in no time. The customer support is helpful. The support replies within the timeframe expected. I recommend that you make a instructional video similar to what you offer WooCommerce users. Also a manual. Maybe you allready have it; but I have not found it :) 5 stars.

Their customer support is not the best. Started transferring products, on 24/6, after 24 hours, only a very small percentage were transferred. I am writing to their support if this is normal. I am told that the transfer will take 24-48 hours. After 14 days, only a small fraction is transferred and it is basically only sold out items, despite the fact that I have set it to not transfer sold out items. I contact their support and get a quick response. they want access to my store so they can fix the error. I accept their request immediately. After 2 days, I get an email from them that I have not complied with their request and if I do not respond within 2 days, they will interpret it as that the issue is resolved. I reply to them immediately that I have accepted their request 2 days ago and can see that no one is logged in from Woosify, despite having access. Now 3 days have passed since my last email to them and still have not heard anything and no one has logged in to access my store. I am writing this review in hopes of resolving this issue. and this does not happen to others who use Woosify in the future. It's expensive to pay for their subscription if you can not use it anyway.

There only has been 1 email from your end received and you have received a reply on that within 2 hours, asking for access to your shop to investigate the issue. Prima app bij het synchroniseren van meer dan 50.000 producten komen nou eenmaal bugs voor, echter tot nu toe tevreden over de synchronisatie. Verder is het misschien handig om nog een gedetailleerde handleiding toe te voegen

Do not use this application, it is a waste of your nerves and time. Products are deleted after they are edited, all your work is wasted. Support does not respond to emails. By sending a Ticket, they ask you to access Wordpress, even though you write in it that you have a shop on Shopify. If you write directly to [email protected], they will not reply. I wrote 5 e-mails about the same subject, I hope she will kindly answer at least one ...

De app werkt prima, ik kan me dan ook niet vinden in vele negatieve recensies. Ja de app is zeer eenvoudig opgezet, maar dat heeft dan ook zijn voordelen. Enkel 1 jammer punt, wij verzenden naar Belgie en Nederland, enkel kunnen we niet voor BE de orders automatisch synchroniseren, enkel voor Nederland. Mogelijk is daar een oplossing voor?
