This is a great app with great price, over 40 functions under 1 app and makes the loading speed faster. Important point is it has even visitor replay which is similar to Heatmap, really worth the price. Customer service no doubt, always 5 Stars.

Support team is very responsive and can help with design changes and integration issue (of course, within the limitations of the app design). Though I wish the app's design (font style/size/background color) can be more configurable just by myself, their helpful support team is able to compensate this!

Vitals is a must-have application to have on your shop, it allows you to have several excellent applications, like for example the bundles which allows you to explode your turnover! For the customer service, I think it is one of the best with a 24 hours assistance and a remarkable speed to execute the requests. Nothing is impossible for them! I have only been using this app for a little over a week and the support has been some of the best I've experienced. Some of the apps don't have every feature I want but they do the job well and I can see that many of my feature requests are already planned on the roadmap, so I'm happy to be patient and stick with an app developer that delivers excellent service knowing the features will be here soon.
