So far so good. I installed this app cause there are a lot of features in one app, it helps my site load faster. I chat with them to adjust the looks on the review page. Sheila helps me a lot, she could adjust it in minutes. Love it!

Customer support is amazing. They help with any issues you may have from coding to smaller issues and questions you may have and they go above and beyond!

This app is absolutely amazing! We were using Sales Rocket (which is also a great app), but chose to move to Vitals for some of the extra features. The app is very intuitive and the the overall UI is great. The app runs smoothly and looks fantastic on the front end. The developers have been quick and accommodating with anything that I've had questions about. If you've got the budget for it, then this is a must have addition to your site.

For sure one of the best existing apps. I have around 9 apps installed already and the Speed Score did not dropped at least 1%. It is super easy to install & use. We're still in the trial phase of testing the different apps within Vitals, and for the price, it's a steal compared to installing similar individual apps to achieve the same results. Customer support is excellent and the team is willing to go the extra mile to solve problems for us. If there are some settings limitations within the app, they are even willing to make customizations for us from their end. Greatly appreciated!
