I have been using this app for 2-3 months for lots of different functionality across my site - mainly more revenue and convert more. I have to say its a fantastic app, especially for the price. Additionally the support is great, also very responsive and very willing to help even with small changes (in particular Zeus was very helpful and speedy to fix some issues we were having). Very happy and would 100% recommend

It has been worth the price to get so many features in a way that is so easy to implement. I am now using Vitals in multiple stores. The customer service is also super speedy. They have been patient with my dumb questions. And Vitals offers a lot of customization including the ability to customaize where an app is displayed without any code. I would recommend to anyone who wants to optimize their store and not play around with dozens of separate apps.

Vitals helped us to get rid of many apps. Now we are using only vitals and it works fine, while it still super-customizable. Customer support is fast and knows what to do. Absolutely recommendable.

Its a Super Cool App with really easy to use UI. I think one of the best apps I have browsed on for shopify and definitely worth the cost. Also the support team is super quick in responding and resolving the issue. I just chatted with Costin C. and he resolved a small error in seconds..Super work guyz. Kudos! Do download and install..! Highly recommended.

I'm currently still testing the app out. The feature that made me want to permanently keep the app is the visitor replay function. It is nice to see a replay of all of the sessions and learn what device they are using to improve the overall function of your store. The next feature I'm going to test out is the BOGO feature. Honestly $30 is a steal for an app like this!!!!!!

The app is GREAT is getting better. The 24/7 support is out of this world. It does many of the things Conversion Bear does and more -- and for way less money. I'd say that while the overall quality of some of the upsell/cross-sell widgets isn't 100% on par with Conversion Bear, the support team is willing to help customize them for our site as best as possible. If you plan on using Vitals for upsells/cross-sells, or anything that manipulates the cart price, then THIS needs to be the only app you have that can manipulate the price, or else the cart gets a bit funky. I wish that the Volume Discount widget was a bit better designed. Currently, if your discount starts at quantity=3 and the user only has quantity=1 in the cart, the widget won't try to upsell in the cart. I also wish that we could easily upload our own badge designs. It would also be nice to be able to assign badges per product type. ...anyway, this is all me being pretty greedy. Overall, I really like what this app does, and look forward to seeing more features. Thank you to the great support team.

I installed the VITALS app and my hat is off to the tech specialists Jed, Raymond and Zeus who work fast and are extremely knowledgeable code experts. MY site (oldschooldisciples.com) has a dark theme with light text and it has presented quite a challenge to modify because most of the VITALS apps are suited for themes with light backgrounds and dark text. I have selected 16 of the 40 apps to use on my site and even though I won't be using all 40, the ones I have chosen are well worth the money. I recommend VITALS apps to everyone.

Great all in one app, it really is an all in-one integrated app for every shopify store that is willing to standout and enhance the store at every from seller to customer, without forgetting their amazing customer service and prompt response. I'm definitely recommending!

Signed up for this app to simplify all of the different improvements we wanted to make to our store - boost revenue, improve conversion, improve UX etc. Whilst we are not technically minded we found the app really quite easy to navigate, tutorial vids are really useful and the support by email is very responsive and helpful. We've seen good results on the apps we've implemented so far. The best thing by far is navigating and monitoring and updating all these features from one app and not have 15 different apps + it helps add more functionality on the site without massively impacting the load speed. Well done to the team at VITALS!

I used this app to help me track the visitors on what are the actions they did during their website visit. It would be nice if we could get the data or download the data. I also used other apps from time to time.
