This app is amazing, it provides all of the essentials under one roof. Not only that, the customer service is the best we've ever experienced, we've been dealing with Costin who has been amazing, he has done everything in his power to make sure we get what we need. Would recommend a 100 times over!

It's a bit more of a "jack of all trades, master of none" in a lot of the categories, at first. But their support team is so darn tremendous that they'll help you get it pretty much right where you want it for every small detail. Definitely plan on this being my go-to Shopify app to avoid having 10+ for same functionality.

I just began my store and was in the process of loading multiple apps and configuring them when a mentor told me about Vitals. I researched it, was astonished, unloaded, and cancel all of my other apps. I told them why and proceeded to configure Vitals. That was a few days ago. Today I signed into my Shopify account to find a warning from Vitals about a Drawer issue with my cart. Since I didn't know what it was referring to, I reached out to support. Costin responded quickly and helped me with the issue immediately. I was glad I could get rid of the drawer because as I was designing my store I didn't like that feature even though I didn't know what it was. Thank you, Costin and Vitals!! Just download it, its 11:20 pm and I am trying to do new up sales for my website for my ongoing sale. Costumer support, Costin, helped me with everything. I have a special custom shopify theme and he helped to make everything perfect from their side with in seconds. They have alot of apps i already use from different suppliers and If i stay with them after the trail it will be logic to drop the rest. So far thank you so much for going through with me and giving epic support

I am really enjoying this App. It is the All in one App as It claims to be. Everything fit perfectly and the customer services staffs are very handy, quick and available to help with custom placement. And the best part is that it does not slow my website in any way. It also saved lots$$$$ money. So far for it is the best APP on Shopify. I will recommend always. Bravo Guys and thank you for all your help.

As if the functionality of this app doesn't speak for itself - the support and customer service teams are next level. We had a small aesthetic tweak requested for the bundles, and within an hour the change was made. Vitals truly does it all with minimal/no code disruption, and is very easy to implement. We have been using Vitals for over a year and haven't faced a single issue. If 10 stars were an option, we would give them 10 stars.

I am so impressed with this app it is excellent and the customer service has been an absolute saving grace. The app itself has wonderful features and has taken our store look and feel up a couple of notches. The revenue boosters are very good features and enable an easy way to increase customer spend. A huge thank you to Costin who is always patient and very eager to help and sort out any requests that I have. Keep up the great work and looking forward to all the new features.

I have recently started my Shopify account to completely redo my current business. In the last month, I've had to get so many apps. So I have seen a vast variety of customer support within them all. But I'd have to say that Vitals customer support is probably the best (I'd say even better than Shopify's customer support). They make it super easy to contact them (their chat icon is on the bottom corner of every page of their app). It seems like nowadays companies are trying to avoid as much customer service as they can. They make it difficult to allow you to contact them and they may not even be giving you the answers that you need. This app is exact opposite. They get back to you very quickly and they are happy to do anything for you. I wanted something custom for one of their apps and they went onto my page and manually took it off for me within the same day. I've also searched around the app a lot and noticed the vast variety of options. I can see how this app would save you time and money in the long run. And on one additional note, they continue to improve their app despite already having an average of a 5 star rating. They listen to their customers and do their best to continue coming out with new features to provide the best service.

If there is a standard for how an app should work and how support for that app works - these guys are the platinum+++ Costin is a legend, I've never had a support request looked at and resolved in 5 minutes! Could not recommend them highly enough the app is great, my page is now faster and better and so many things in the one place! Too easy! Looking forward to the new additions! Always great support from the Vitals team - thanks to John for sorting out some complex issues fast and efficiently!
