This app does SO MANY THINGS! Installing each feature was easy (and fun tbh). I'm so grateful to have one app do what we would have had almost a dozen app plugins trying to do. The support has been wonderful as well. Vladimir helped me through several questions and even helped me install a badge that wasn't in the vitals stock pile (sustainable packaging badge). I look forward to installing even more features and watching our sales go up up up!

We use this app to help with additional sales and capturing email to keep the customers engaged. We love it and the team is very accommodating to any changes we need and very quick to reply! Today John sorted an issue that we have very quickly. Thanks again.

Is doing everything I'd hoped and more. The product bundling is very slick and it has replaced about 4 other apps, two of them paid ones. What is even better is the support team have been amazing when I've been unsure of things or run into a difficulty with how it's integrated with my theme. Even just to ask when I was unsure how their app would integrate with other things. They are also super open to suggestions of improvements and have already added some awesome new features since I started using it only a month ago. Would totally recommend to anybody.

This app is really amazing...so many features in one app!! You can use as many or as few as you like, so there is great flexibility. Any question or issue I had was addressed immediately by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help with minor customization if needed too. Obviously, it's a bargain as well, having been able to eliminate several other apps from our store. Can't say enough good things about it!

Installed the app specifically for the Pre-orders functionality. It worked perfectly out of the gate, but after tweaking some code on an unrelated project, the pre-orders stopped working as intended. After reaching out to customer service they quickly solved the problem. This was on a TRIAL, not even the paid plan. The app doesn't seem to have slowed my site down at all either. Will definitely keep the app and become a paying customer.

Some app developers price their apps as if they don't know shopify owners will need quite a few apps for a thriving store. All those amounts for all that functionality adds up. Fortunately there's VITALS, which combines so much more functionality at a fraction of the price. It has so many functions that I had either been paying more for, or was still looking for. Everything is really easy to implement, and when you have questions, customer service is great. The app's roadmap shows that there's more to come (hopefully at a price that remains stable). Really super value!

Wow! Just Wow! I discovered this app few weeks ago and since then I keep read about it. And ... finally, I installed it! I already spend a full day on it and I keep discover! It is like a new toy and it is amazing! It really offers you a full pack of apps - from Volume Discounts and Product Bundles to Eu Cookie Bar and Free shipping Bar and SEO and all you need to make your cart attractive for customers. I even discover new functionalities - that I have no idea about till now - and I can only High Recommend for all shopify owners - it is just very easy to install and handle it! I am so curious about new results! :) Thank you, guys who made this one possible! I am thrilled! :) Update January 2023: I am still using the app and I have only good feedback for it! You must try it, to see how cool it is!

Have A LOT of feature. I'm using probably 15% of the app only. Works good, but the most important is the very reactive support. Had a display problem, got resolved in two email exchange, perfectly. Cheers to the awesome support!

Added this app by someone's recommendation on youtube channel. I found this app very useful. It has all the basic apps which are required for store. It includes marketing apps, improving conversion ratio, etc. Basically, what all is required for your store. But most important thing is the support you get. When you will open this then you will be definitely needing support as when you set up each of these 40 separate apps you will be needing some kind of customisation or technical support. And Vitals team is always there for that. I had such a good support from Vitals team that I myself got motivated to give them a 5-star review. I loved this app and the support from Vitals team. Without doubt this is the best app on Shopify. No 2nd opinion is needed to install this app.
