I find the apps to be incredible and not having to go out to different vendors is nice too. All in one app and managing is a top benefit. I like the live view of visitors to the website allows me to troubleshoot if something is not working on the website.

Very good service, I got my questions answered immediately. And got help when I could not figure it out on my own. And overall this app is a MUST if you want to make sure that your e-com store looks good.

So far I have to say this app is very impressive. So many tools that have the same feel and look, implementing so many features that would require many more apps. I have a good template so many of the features I already have but the replay feature is nice and clean and doesn't appear to be slowing down the site like many others. Great value for any store but they should have a cheaper level for those starting up. Other than that, bravo!
