Not only does the app have great features and integrates seamlessly, the support service is outstanding. I've always gotten a reply withing 20-45 Minutes and the issues where resolved really quickly. With Vitals you really feel like you've got a competend, professional team assisting you if anything shouldn't work properly, which almost never happens! An absolute essential for shopify.

Customer support quickly resolved a very sensitive problem with the app. They handled the situation professionally and correctly. The app works very well, but should there be any problems you can always count on customer support.

App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

Initially you might think that the widgets are not that customizable, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. My support agent Jed is a true coding wizard and was able to make the widgets look exactly the way I wanted in about 10 minutes, even on a Sunday night. Never experienced support on this level. Thank you!
