Jed D. is a legend! He had great understanding despite my issues being very specific. He listened to all of my requests and didn't just provide multiple solutions but edited a piece of code himself on my behalf and fixed my issue in seconds. I highly recommend the app and the support team!

This app and the fast service through chat sets these guys apart from the rest. Never stop your chat function, it's so much quicker than emails and ultimately saves every one time. Chat support are always fantastic, the only limiting thing is the Shopify theme, now time to tackle their support....

Vitals has been incredibly useful, it eliminates the need for having multiple different apps for your store and allows you to get basically everything you need in just a single app. The live support is also really quick and helpful!

I love this app, it's super convenient and has all of the essential features for your Shopify store all in one. It is also priced very reasonably. If I were to get these features from individual apps, it would cost me quadruple what vitals currently costs. Customer service are also also super helpful and they offer very quick response times.
