I had a question about how to do something in the Upsells app and I was responded to quickly and even though it took a little bit of figuring out, John Paul diligently worked on the resolution until it was perfect and I was able to go back to my project within a couple of hours. We tried a few review apps -- Judge.me, Loox, Fera -- and Vitals won out. You have control over your reviews, the pricing model is reasonable for what you get, the widgets are quick + look great, and Vitals support has been great. Shoutout to Juan for quickly solving a few quick UX fixes for us. Keep up the great work, team!
